Visited Nacarat terrace on a beautiful summer evening & thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The vibes & views were exactly what I was looking for. The drinks were unique & delicious - made by award-winning bartender Nabil (@nabilbartender). It was as much fun to watch his flare while mixing cocktails as it was to drink them. All of the staff were personable & very accommodating (Rafael, Bona, Dom) which contributed to evening's atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Thanks Nacarat!View more
Mais qu'est-ce qui s'est passé avec le bar Nacarat lil y a quelques années c'était mon endroit de prédilection. J'avais hâte d'y amener des amis & des convives & leur faire découvrir cet endroit tout simplement superbe. Premièrement nous avons arrivé & nous avons été placés à la terrasse je comprends qu'ils sont en grève, mais il y avait tout simplement un petit speaker qui jouait de la musique, de fond de radio , il n'y avait aucune vibe grande déception quand on a vu le menu cocktail, juste trois choix la place a perdu son cachet & sa magie c'est vraiment dommage. Je suis déçu je ne pense pas y retourner prochainement.View more
Only review for drinks. Coolest cocktail menu with handwritten designs & descriptions. Rare to find many places that provide so much detail & thought into their menu! The service was quick & the bartender both friendly & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend as a place to stop in for drinks!View more
When U serve the cold drink 🍹 please give a tissue with, at 6:30 U are not that much busy, Thx. We have been there just for drinks 🍹 we didn't take a risk & had a dinner somewhere else. Atmosphere is good.View more
Mixed feeling experience for a birthday party. I booked over 2 months ahead of time for 20 people. I asked if I could bring helium balloons, & they accepted. I also asked to bring a cake, which they accepted for a cutting fee of 5$ per person, to keep it in the fridge, & to use candles & sparkling candles that I would provide. I also had a few calls weeks before to clarify some points with them, & everything seemed to be good. 4h before the event started, I got a call saying that they wouldn't be able to keep the cake in the fridge, because they aren't a restaurant. I was already on my way with the cake & balloons, so we discussed with the manager. He accepted to take the cake before the event, but refused to keep it after the event while we were going out to a party after. They also refused to take the balloons I brought because it would mess with their ambiance that they want to keep chic. After discussing, they accepted to keep only the two balloons representing the birthday numbers. I then lost all of my other helium balloons. When they brought the cake, they didn't bring any of the sparkling candle that we agreed upon, just the two candles with two birthday numbers. The event was planned to be on the terrasse with a view, but because it rained that day they installed us indoor on small tables. We couldn't order individual plates per lack of space, so we had to make it a buffet, ordering a lot of the sharing options they offer. However, they didn't even have enough of what we ordered. & while being expensive, these snacks are not easily shareable, & not worth the price. The good things: -The drinks tasted good. -The one waiter tried to accommodate us as much as he could, with a nice smile. -Nice atmosphere inside. Cons: -Because of their lack of organization or clear rules, they added a lot of pressure & stress on me 4h before the event while it was booked for over 2 months. -I lost so much money & wasted my time for items that they accepted ahead of time but in the end refused to use. -They provide only 1 bill for groups, so enjoy your time to split it after (it was mentioned during the reservation). -The shareable options are good if you are only 2 or 3 on it, but expensive for the size & taste. I recommend for casual drinks in an intimate setting, but not for group or organized event.View more
Quel agréable moment passé à cet endroit. L'ambiance était parfaite (Dj que j'ai remercié d'ailleurs à la fin de ma soirée pour son excellent travail * samedi 3 août * ). Nourriture excellente, cocktail & vin savoureux & super service. Mention particulière au gérant qui a été fort sympathique avec moi. Attentionné & soucieux de mon bien être. Nous avions réservé pour des 40 ans une table pour 8. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure & ils n'avaient aucune table pour nous. Nous avons dû attendre que des clients partent pour qu'on soit placé ce qui a pris 25 minutes. A noter que lors de la réservation on nous précise bien que la table est gardée seulement 15 min & que toute annulation de participants entraîne un frais de 50$ à chaque fois. Clairement moyen quand on est pas capable de délivrer une table à l'heure alors qu'ils ne sont pas complets. L'attitude de la personne qui prenait nos commandes était déplorable. Le pire service que j'ai pu avoir à Montréal & dans un hôtel 5* où l'on s'attend à un service à la hauteur du prix que l'on paie, ça fait mal... il Marmonnait dans son coin, désagréable & ne faisait aucun effort pour se faire entendre. On souhaite commander des sushis, on nous dit qu'ils n'ent n'ont plus, idem pour le vin blanc & la bière IPA... Bref... on se retrouve à manger 8 asperges à la vinaigrettes, la déception. Décevant encore une fois que le restaurant d'un hôtel 5* ne prévoie pas ses stocks pour un samedi soir alors que l'on rentre sur réservation... De plus les cuisines ferment à 21h15 un samedi soir... La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse, le DJ était génial! Conclusion: Grande déception du service & de la gestion des stocks par le restaurant je suis déjà allée plusieurs fois à Roselyn (bistronomie de l'hôtel) & cela a toujours été parfait! Vue magnifique toutefois mais ça ne fait pas tout. Ce n'est pas sur cette terrasse que je retournerai la prochaine fois.View more
I came here in 2023 & I was extremely happy with the food however when I came here in 2024, they've changed the menu for the worst. The food was underwhelming for the price that it's offered. The location is very nice but unfortunately the food quality has gone downhill it seems. We also waited a good hour before we got the food.View more
Je n'ai pas pu tester la terrasse de ce bar d'hotel très feutré. La carte du menu est vraiment très bien pensé, je l'ai adoré à la fois ludique & très claire. Chaque cocktail apparait sur la carte de façon chronologique en rapport au moment où il a été créé. La carte explique ensuite comment le bar s'en inspire & s'en émancipe, c'est une superbe idée. Je trouve cependant que les prix sont quand même trop élevé pour des cocktails au gout très bon mais pas exceptionnel. Je recommande l'adresse mais ce n'est pas un coup de coeur.View more
