Service aux tables extrêmement long. En 2 heures, nous avons seulement pu recevoir un drink chacun. Certains plats ne sont jamais arrivés. Par contre, l'ambiance est bien!
I recommend this rooftop for the view & the vibe as well as for the service. The terrace overlooks downtown Montreal. We had the chance to be assigned to one of Irene's tables. Irene was nice, dedicated, efficient & profesionnal. She was giving a hand to the staff & seemed to be a good leader. This is a great place to go to enjoy summer.
Nous sommes allé pour célébrer un évènement avec des amis. La nourriture était super, les drinks 10/10 & notre serveuse Maëlie était incroyable. Je recommande à 100%.
Les prix affichés sur le menus ne sont pas exact & quand nous avons mentionné au serveur que les prix entre le menu & la facture ne coïncident pas il nous a dit que la facture est payée donc c'est trop tard & il ne peux plus rien faire pour nous
The music is way too loud. There are very few options on the menu. Fries were cold even though there were not that many people eating. Service not great. We had to stand at the door for a while before anyone acknowledged us. Honestly I would not recommend & would not go back.

Loved the sheer size of the room. Room service cleaning was very poor. We had to request cleaning over & over again before anyone came. They didn't clean properly at all.
The breakfast was very good but overcrowded. Had to rush early to be able to eat properly. I loved their butter croissants.
The location was very good but very crowded at the entrance.
Excellent service at the reception. I'll definitely go there again. Hopefully the cleaning service would have improved by then
It's a total vibe & I would go back. I loved how the hostess switched our table from outside to inside when I asked. The service for the drinks was really slow though & my second drink was the wrong order. When it was closing the bouncers were really rude making really not funny jokes while trying to kick us out when we didn't even receive our second order of drinks yet. Our waitress was super nice though.
Terasse Carla offre un service amicale & une ambiance festive. Le service était géniale. Le staff junior ou expérimenté ne manque pas d'être au petit soin. Le seul bémol est la nourriture. Nous avions prit des steaks-frites. Le steak manquait de goût & une d'entre-nous a dû changer son plat, car un cheveux s'y trouvait. Malgré son changement de plat pour le tartare, le plat était fade.
La gestion de cet insatisfaction s'est faite de manière amicale & généreuse. Merci à Terasse Carla pour la flexibilité au niveau des insatisfactions.
Je reviendrai surement pour prendre un verre & profiter de la vue!
