Super belle expérience à la Terrasse Carla! Le service des bartenders était vraiment excellent & tout le staff était accueillant & attentionné. L'ambiance est parfaite, que ce soit pour une soirée entre amis ou une petite date. J'ai passé un très bon moment & j'y retournerai certainement! 🙌🏻🥰

Service très décevant. Nous avons reçu une attente & un service qui ne correspondaient pas à ce qui était promis. En plus, on nous a demandé de quitter le restaurant sans aucune information préalable ni avertissement clair.
Je ne recommande pas, car le manque de communication & le traitement des clients sont inacceptables.

One of the most horrible experience I have ever experienced in a Montreal restaurant. Food was uneatable, service was terrible & the drinks were made out of flat soda. Its outrageous. Im not sure how this business is running. We asked to speak to a manager, they replied, the owner is not here nor the manager. There was a supervisor who couldn't take any decision, he couldn't even remove from our bill the spoiled/rotten food they served us.

Service déplorable.
Nous sommes arrivées tôt & il y avait beaucoup de tables disponibles. Nous nous sommes installées à l'une d'elles, sans qu'aucune indication ne précise qu'elle était réservée.
La serveuse est venue prendre notre commande & nous a apporté nos plats. Nous n'avions même pas terminé la moitié de notre repas lorsqu'elle est revenue nous dire que nous devions finir de manger au bar, car la table était réservée & qu'il fallait la libérer immédiatement.
Mon amie a alors demandé au groupe assis à la table voisine si elle pouvait s'y installer pour terminer son repas. À notre grande surprise, l'hôtesse (ou la serveuse) est ensuite allée demander à ce groupe si nous les dérangions.
Je travaille moi-même dans la restauration & je ne traiterais jamais des clients de cette manière. C'est vraiment dommage, car le lieu & l'ambiance étaient très agréables, mais je n'y retournerai pas en raison de la façon dont les clients sont traités.

I've never had a worse experience in a Montreal restaurant in my life.
We had a reservation at 7:30pm & were seated very quickly. The music was so loud that we could barely hear each other talking. We were sat in a back corner & it seemed like we were forgotten about. After 40 minutes of not having anyone come to our table, we finally called someone to find us a waitress & give us water. We then ordered drinks that never came so after being there for over an hour & starving, we just walked out & went somewhere else. We let our waitress know & she didn't seem to care about our experience or even try to get us to stay (clearly our drinks weren't even started yet; we had ordered them over 30 mins prior to leaving). Unfortunately, I am unable to review the food/drinks as we weren't given the chance to try anything other than water. I am very disappointed & will not be coming back.

Worst service I have ever experienced, I should have read all of these reviews sooner. We made a reservation for 7:30 pm. We never got a waiter. After 40 minutes of waiting, without even receiving water, we had to flag someone down ourselves to ask for water & to be assigned a waiter. When the waitress came, she took our drink orders & then we never saw her again. I ordered a simple glass of wine & it never came. After an hour & 15 minutes of sitting there waiting for nothing, we decided to leave. I think this place shouldn't advertise itself as a restaurant, you only get service if you pay for the bar.
