Les prix affichés sur le menus ne sont pas exact & quand nous avons mentionné au serveur que les prix entre le menu & la facture ne coïncident pas il nous a dit que la facture est payée donc c'est trop tard & il ne peux plus rien faire pour nous

The music is way too loud. There are very few options on the menu. Fries were cold even though there were not that many people eating. Service not great. We had to stand at the door for a while before anyone acknowledged us. Honestly I would not recommend & would not go back.

Endroit trop branché pour des gens de 40 ans & plus
Le manger n était pas a la hauteur de nos attentes
Musique beaucoup trop forte
Conclusion très déçu de notre expérience

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques pas de la station de métro Place D’armes.

Grandes chambres , lits confortables.
Piscine & jacuzzi disponibles en saisons au 6 ième étage offrant une vue sur une partie du Sky Line de Montréal.

Point négatif : le petit déjeuner, il faut s’attendre à du monde continuellement , attendre pour prendre un café …

Loved the sheer size of the room. Room service cleaning was very poor. We had to request cleaning over & over again before anyone came. They didn't clean properly at all.
The breakfast was very good but overcrowded. Had to rush early to be able to eat properly. I loved their butter croissants.
The location was very good but very crowded at the entrance.
Excellent service at the reception. I'll definitely go there again. Hopefully the cleaning service would have improved by then
