Laissez-vous séduire par nos nouveaux menu et carte de cocktails, une véritable ode à la fraîcheur et aux saveurs. De 12h à 15h, découvrez « L’Heure du thé façon Alizé », où un plateau étagé composé de délicieuses bouchées salées et sucrées accompagné d’un thé glacé alcoolisé vous est proposé.
De plus, pour votre plus grand confort, la terrasse peut être chauffée lors des soirées plus fraîches et couverte en cas d’intempéries ou de canicule.

Terrasse Alizé séduit par sa terrasse magnifique et sa vue imprenable qui invite à la détente, dans un cadre chic et décontracté. Le cadre est largement apprécié et l’accueil chaleureux, le service restant attentif et efficace même pendant les périodes d’affluence. The food was delicious, the drinks were a bit pricey, but overall everything was great! Ade was our waitress for the night: she was so sweet & helpful! The best!!

The atmosphere, menu, drinks are good, however they can not handle large group. We ( near about 25 ) colleagues went there with a prior reservation at evening for snacks & drinks. We were only provided a corner of the terrase without any chairs. I had to ask three times to get a drink. & this is not only happened with me, same with others too in my group. I was expecting a good customer service at this place.

Great outdoor terrace, amazing music, a little loud for chit chat, but not an issue. Drinks were yummy, food was good, however wish the calamari was better described on the menu. I would definitely go again.
Food is overpriced service was horrible waited over 30 minutes to get our drinks when we ordered again they forgot us TWICE waited over an hour to get the second drink ordered some dessert took so long to arrive we told them to forget it & give us our receipts we saw our original server once & random employees kept coming to ask us if everything was okay or to take our order they were all mixed up literally looked like they didn't know what they were doing & the place wasnt even busy maybe 30% capacity cant even imagine the service when its packed drinks are really good though!!
We were 2, took the tea time for 2.
Cakes & macarons were good but everything salty was not fresh & very basic.
The waiters were nice but gave us both our drinks at once as they did not have time for is to finish what we had already.
The vibe was okay, nothing special but would choose another spot if you're looking for a view.

Pretty disappointed by my first time there, I honestly don't think I would ever go back. Considering that it is one of the really popular rooftop in Montreal…. I am not impressed one bit. We were three & my friend was the first to received her drink after we waited 15-20 minutes. Then the waiter was explaining to us that the slush machine wasn't working so I had to order another drink. Somehow my other friend who ordered a glass of wine also had to wait another 15 minutes to get her drink?… my drink was good at least. Also we ordered some potato wedges that never came. We weren't charged for it, because clearly they just never punched it. Sooo when our glass was empty … for a while, I had to waive to someone to get my bill because all of the waiters that passed by never asked if we needed anything. Considering the price & the poor service we've got while the terrace wasn't full, you can say that my good drink wasn't enough for me to go back there.
I tried this terrasse last Friday, the atmosphere was really great, it was Arabian night, it was really fun but the DJ could've been better. The service was fair but it was really slow, it took them 10 minutes to get me my drink. I didn't try their food, but my friends said it was good. The location & the view is exceptional. The prices are like all the terrasses high so nothing surprising.

Went at night for a drink. I was essentially turned away because staff decided to close 3hrs early. Kitchen was closed. Views are ok, didn't have enough time to enjoy the single drink we able to order or the conversation. They said it was too slow so they decided to close early. Then proceeded to forget a third of our order.

(English version below 👇) Français: La vue est excellente. Très bonne ambiance. Cela dit, le staff semble manquer d'expérience : ils oublient les commandes, ils ne nettoient pas les tables, ils oublient des petites demandes, ils reviennent pas voir comment ça va, ils demandent pas de réfil pour les drinks avant les finir... Mais le tout au moins avec une sourire. La bouffe... Même plats, très différent d'un journée à une autre & les ingrédients principaux ne sont pas tous listés dans la carte. Par ex à una salade de tomate fromage ils ajoutent de radis & concombres sans indiquer... Pas grave mais... En même temps pour le prix ... va mieux informer les gens avant. English: Excellent view & ambiance. But the staff seems to lack experience. Some orders forgotten. They don't come to check on you. They mis drinks, they don't ask for refill before finish it ... They forget salt & pepper... Many things that are the basics of the profession. But at least they are smiling. Then the food... It is inconsistent, some days it's great & others it isn't the same. Same dish. For example a tomato & cheese salad... They add radish & cucumbers & it's not listed as ingredients. It's not the end of the world, sure, but they could list the ingredients & for they price... They should inform costumers. So go for ambiance & the cure with good friends but not for the service nor the food . Over priced.
Jolie terrasse! Excellent service! Prix raisonnables pour les plats qui sont bons sans être de la grande gastronomie. Prix excessifs & très exagérés pour les drinks.

I went with one of my best friends, it was our first time trying a rooftop terrasse so we didn't know what to expect. Service was quick & friendly. Drinks did not have too much ice which was a nice change & the choices were all unique & creative so we think the pricing for those was valid. I had a heirloom tomato salad for food. I did not realize that this place served only appetizer type foods. I thought it was a bit pricy for tomatoes especially since it was served with only one half of a mozzarella. The panko breadcrumbs were a nice touch for seasoning though. After a while I felt like it was too many tomatoes so we ended up sharing them. Would have been nice if it came with bread. My friend really liked the calamari. It was well seasoned & didn't feel like it was cooked from frozen. Felt fresh. The vibe felt more like pre-clubbing cocktails for rich people. The pool next to the restaurant was a bit weird. It was very loud, & view was not great. Seats were very close together so I got some girls hair brushing my back the whole time lol. Overall an ok experience. The hotel it's on is beautiful & it's close to tourist attractions & hotels. So maybe nice place to catch up with friends from out of town before a night out if you're willing to spend a little more on a treat.
