I rarely do bad reviews. But I was embarrassed to bring my friends from out of town there :(

I do not understand the positive reviews on here.
Second visit & still disappointed. The staff is not great. Not amicable . The quality of the drinks was satisfactory . 20$ for a drink is a bit high . The views from the place ARE NOT GOOD. So this is a fail.

All in all I loved my experience at Alizé, the staff were amazing. Mary did an amazing job & made sure that we were well taken care of + it was her birthday so we definitely took a shot.

The food was tasty, the DJ was so good & the ambiance( view) overall was impeccable.

I will come back again!!

We only had 24 hours in the city & Rosalie made it so special. The rooftop views was amazing. The service was excellent & the food was exceptional. I will be back.

I visited Terrasse Alizé yesterday & overall, it was an okay experience.

The view & atmosphere are definitely the highlights. It's a beautiful spot for photos, videos, & just enjoying the scenery. I was with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, & we ended up staying for over two hours just talking & catching up.

Unfortunately, the experience got off to a rough start. Despite having a reservation, there seemed to be some confusion, & we were initially told we would be seated at the bar. The bar area is very busy, with staff constantly moving around, preparing drinks & cleaning. After looking at the seating options suggested to us, I expressed that I wasn't comfortable sitting at the bar, especially since I had made a reservation for a table. After a few minutes of discussion with the staff, we were finally given a nice table for two.

Once seated, the service felt a bit rushed. During the first several minutes, multiple staff members came by asking if we were ready to order. We had just arrived & were catching up, so it felt a little overwhelming. The menu is also quite limited, & while the food was good, nothing particularly stood out.

Interestingly, as the evening went on, the experience became more relaxed. The terrace became less busy after sunset, & we were able to enjoy our time. In fact, when it came time to pay, it was difficult to get someone's attention.

Overall, the location & views are beautiful, & I'm glad I experienced it. However, between the reservation issue, the rushed start, & a dining experience that didn't particularly stand out, it's not a place I feel compelled to return to.

The chicken & the fries filled me up completely.
The server was really nice, suggested me & my friend the lemonade.

They have mocktails & one or two dishes that can be made vegan. The menu is overpriced, & the view isn't very impressive.

We were 2, took the tea time for 2.
Cakes & macarons were good but everything salty was not fresh & very basic.
The waiters were nice but gave us both our drinks at once as they did not have time for is to finish what we had already.
The vibe was okay, nothing special but would choose another spot if you're looking for a view.

Very average! We were seated at high top chairs which were very uncomfortable, & were on eye level with the hotel's pool, which wasn't very pleasant to view while eating

I tried this terrasse last Friday, the atmosphere was really great, it was Arabian night, it was really fun but the DJ could've been better. The service was fair but it was really slow, it took them 10 minutes to get me my drink. I didn't try their food, but my friends said it was good. The location & the view is exceptional. The prices are like all the terrasses high so nothing surprising.
I would definitely come back,
Recommended. Make sure to reserve before, especially if you're a group.
