The ambiance was nice, but I really feel like they should add some type of fans because, since the seating is outside, it can get really, really hot on warm days. Half an hour into our meal, my friends & I were already feeling sweaty & kind of uncomfortable.

The service was a bit slow. We went around lunchtime on a Wednesday, & it wasn't super busy, but it took a while for them to take our orders & then bring our bills at the end. After asking for the bill w me saw our server making drinks, so it seemed like she'd forgotten about our table. I had to get back to work, so my friend had to cover for me while I left.

The servers also didn't seem the most knowledgeable. When my friend asked if the fish tacos had any dairy, since she's allergic, the server didn't know, & I feel like this is a very common allergy. She said she was going to ask & get back to us, but she actually never did. Also, the fish tacos didn't come with any sauce. Usually, I feel like there's some kind of aioli that comes on fish tacos, so they're not so dry.

My friends ordered the poke bowls, & I ordered the chicken & fries, which were good.

Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5. I would go back only because it's super close to my work, but there are definitely some things that could be improved.

I visited Terrasse Alizé yesterday & overall, it was an okay experience.

The view & atmosphere are definitely the highlights. It's a beautiful spot for photos, videos, & just enjoying the scenery. I was with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, & we ended up staying for over two hours just talking & catching up.

Unfortunately, the experience got off to a rough start. Despite having a reservation, there seemed to be some confusion, & we were initially told we would be seated at the bar. The bar area is very busy, with staff constantly moving around, preparing drinks & cleaning. After looking at the seating options suggested to us, I expressed that I wasn't comfortable sitting at the bar, especially since I had made a reservation for a table. After a few minutes of discussion with the staff, we were finally given a nice table for two.

Once seated, the service felt a bit rushed. During the first several minutes, multiple staff members came by asking if we were ready to order. We had just arrived & were catching up, so it felt a little overwhelming. The menu is also quite limited, & while the food was good, nothing particularly stood out.

Interestingly, as the evening went on, the experience became more relaxed. The terrace became less busy after sunset, & we were able to enjoy our time. In fact, when it came time to pay, it was difficult to get someone's attention.

Overall, the location & views are beautiful, & I'm glad I experienced it. However, between the reservation issue, the rushed start, & a dining experience that didn't particularly stand out, it's not a place I feel compelled to return to.

Nous avions réservé 2 semaines à l'avance & malgré les 2 courriels & 2 textos de confirmation « ils n'avaient pas notre réservation dans le système ». Ils nous ont quand même assis en priorité & rapidement, Malheureusement les drinks sont arrivé 45 min après les avoir commandés, & nous avons reçu 3 de nos 8 plats & 20 minutes se sont écoulés avant de recevoir les 5 autres plats, très décevant de ne pas pouvoir manger tous ensemble. La nourriture était quand même délicieuse & l'ambiance était agréable pour la soirée latine.

Very meh experience. It's a hotel's terrasse bar, but the setup is quite confusing as you have to walk through the hotel's/condo's gym, pool, spa area to get here. I could only grab drinks as the service was terrible. After taking the drink order, the waitress ignored us. After 1 hour of just 1 drink, it took us an extra 20 minutes to grab her attention for the bill. I would not recommend this place.
