"Ahh Tapeo. I would like to like it. Vibrant ambiance, good location, good crowd. Undercooked paella, a little skimpy on the portions, and many dishes came lukewarm. Mixed feelings when i saw our bill... not my favorite on the quality/value scale. Alas, there are so many choices in Montreal, it's hard not to have established favorites to compare..."
