I placed an order through their website for pickup on new years day at noon. The day before, they call me to say my order is ready. I tell them i ordered it for the next day; they say its closed. I say so how come you can still place an order on your site. Then she offers to deliver the food to me that same night free of charge (for delivery fee, cos it's their mistake). When delivery driver arrives, he was asked to charge me delivery. I called her to tell her i wasn't paying it, she gives phone to someone else & says she doesn't wanna talk to me, & doesn't want to remove delivery fee when its their mistake! I could have refused the order altogether but felt bad for wasting, my fault for trying tobe nice! We used to order from there once a week, but now never again.

We find the butter chicken sauce a bit on a tomato side but still a good plate

Only 2 staff to serve the customers, take out orders & to clean up the tables
& since it's a BYOB now the service of drinks etc is managed by the costumer which shows even more the need of adding waiters on the floor to improve it
The food was great, but it is useless to make a reservation as they don't respect them. We had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated even though we showed up on time for our reservation. They did not apologize & do not care.

Restaurant de quartier super sympathique & impeccablement propre. La bouffe y est authentiquement Indienne. Le meilleur plat de légumes Tikka que j'ai goûté. Le Naan est aussi un des meilleurs que j'ai goûté. Tout était parfait & à un prix très raisonnable. Merci.
