Really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The service was honestly terrible.
We waited about 30 minutes for our food after ordering, while several tables that came in after us got their food much faster & they had ordered the exact same dishes as us.
When the food finally arrived, one of the naan breads was missing from my friend's order. When she politely called the waitress over to mention it, the response was'Are you sure?' which was honestly shocking. Of course she's sure the naan simply wasn't there. On top of getting our food late, the food wasn't hot but it was warm
On top of that, while we were waiting for our food, we tried multiple times to get the attention of the staff, but the waiters kept walking past our table & ignoring us.
The food itself was fine, but the service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not the level of service we expected.
Restaurant agréable. Propre & ambiance chaleureuse. Le service était courtois & assez rapide. On m'a demandé d'emballer moi-même les restes de mon repas pour,en apportez à la maison. J'ai trouvé que c'était une bonne façon de m'assurer que c'était uniquement les restes de Mon repas qui se trouvaient dans le contenant. Donc bonne idée.
La nourriture était correcte, sans plus. Le Birmanie était un peu sec & j'ai déjà mangé du meilleur pain naan.
Est-ce que j'y retournerai ? Pas dans l'immédiat du moins.

Ordered the Royal Feast for two. Enjoyed the food very much however the butter naan was too greasy. The mango Lassi was delicious. Will definitely return!
Would have liked to know that it was BYOB restaurant; could be noted on the site.

Le service de la nourriture s'est fait dans un délai respectable considérant la salle pleine. La nourriture était vraiment incroyable, surtout le pain naan!!! Vraiment, un incontournable de Laval!
Ambience & decor is good, well presented. Personally, I didn't like the main course. Starter- onion bhaji was tasty. We ordered kadhai paneer, naan & chicken biryani for main course. Naan was soft & good but didn't like kadhai paneer & biryani. It didn't have indian taste flavour that we indians always search for, kadhai paneer was juicy.

Une belle expérience pour nous chez Tandoori Palace!
L'accueil fut rapide, l'endroit est magnifique (& très propre). Que ce soit le décor, l'ameublement, l'ambiance, les plats, les prix raisonnables, tout était parfait. À notre arrivée, il y a eu un temps d'attente pour avoir de l'eau & des coupes pour notre vin (nous avons dû demander car on semblait nous avoir oublié), mais ce petit désagrément ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier notre soirée. Par la suite, le service fut sympathique & excellent. Nous avons commandé le'Royal Tandoori Feast' & nous n'avons pas été déçus. Mention spéciale au poulet au beurre, qui fond dans la bouche! & que dire du pain Naan, du poulet tikka, du cari de légumes & de la soupe de lentilles...Tout était délicieux! Pour avoir essayé plusieurs restaurants indiens, c'est maintenant notre préféré. Nous y retournerons, c'est certain!

We tried chicken Kadai, Aloo Gobi Paneer, Butter chicken, Naan & Rice along with Masala chai. We loved their food & service as well. I would recommend trying Chicken Butter Masala-its one of the best in Montreal & Laval island. Also, the restaurant staff were so genuine & welcoming. Recommended!!
Déménager mais toujours aussi bon. Il y a qq mets qu'ils n'ont plus de l'époque du buffet comme le pouding au riz qui est excellent. Ceci-dit je reviens car beaucoup de bonne nourriture à goûter & tout fait maison jusqu'au pain naan. Un grand merci.

Notre restaurant Indien favori s'est refait une beauté à cette magnifique nouvelle adresse ! Tout est succulent mais tout particulièrement le poulet au beurre, pain naan & la soupe muligtwany! Le service est aussi chaleureux & très efficace.
Very good Indian food we loved it the only thing I could complain is the naans bread was cut in two not enough so next time we will ask for the whole naan but amazing Indian food the place was packed.
Quantity of the vegetables are very less for the price you pay. We ordered kadhai paneer & chicken dish , it was sweet & qty is not enough at all . Apart from that naan bread is too thick , a normal person can't digest undercooked naan & also when it is too thick. We tried our best to convey this to our server but they simply said that's the way it is made here , tbh it is not our first time when we are eating naan . The price that we paid for the food was too much & price is not matching at all with the quality & quantity of the food.
Amazing service & amazing food! Really appreciated the honesty of the staff, especially the gentleman! If you're in Montreal - highly recommend getting the gulab jamun, the butter chicken, the Naan is crispy & soft & just PERFECT! Lentil soup was just like home, absolutely perfect!
Must have their samosa chana chaat. A delicious appetizer, sweet, spicy, tangy, flavourful: exactly what I'm looking for at an Indian restaurant. However what I wasn't looking for was average over sweetened butter chicken. I'm not sure how they managed to make their butter chicken this sweet but the only possible answer is loads & loads of sugar. I've made butter chicken & it's usually a savoury dish. Barely any spices in there either. Their chicken tikka masala & chicken tandoori was good but not exceptional: good choices if I had to go back. Roasted vegetables were a little gross & the chickpea soup was a waste of money. On a brighter note, the place is cozy & the service is very professional. Also the naan is very addictive & buttery.
Long attente pour une commande à emporter. On nous a dit que ca va etre pres dans 50 mins, on est parti une heure après avoir commander & on a du attendre pendant 20 minutes dans le restaurant. & c'est toujours comme ça a chaque fois qu'on commande pour emporter, j'espère qu'ils vont améliorer ce service. Mais la bouffe est toujours bon surtout le butter chicken & leur naan.
Great service & food. I love their butter chicken!! Great naan bread ❤️ I've lived near this place for a long time & never have gone. Friends recommend this place as they come here often. Great first experience here. On my top list of Indian restaurants. Definitely will be coming back often, or ordering out!
