Really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The service was honestly terrible.
We waited about 30 minutes for our food after ordering, while several tables that came in after us got their food much faster & they had ordered the exact same dishes as us.
When the food finally arrived, one of the naan breads was missing from my friend's order. When she politely called the waitress over to mention it, the response was'Are you sure?' which was honestly shocking. Of course she's sure the naan simply wasn't there. On top of getting our food late, the food wasn't hot but it was warm
On top of that, while we were waiting for our food, we tried multiple times to get the attention of the staff, but the waiters kept walking past our table & ignoring us.
The food itself was fine, but the service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not the level of service we expected.
😀C'était Notre Fête de séjour de couple ça fait 8 ans avec mon Amoureux & moi & c'étais notre première fois à mon copain Éric & moi Lavila au restaurant TANDOORI PALACE, Le lieux très chic,super belle place, l'embiance était cool, Le repas était délicieux mon chum & moi on c'est pris un poulet au beurre avec du pain Nane au beurre & du riz basmati trop bon & on à été bien servie, notre fête de couple elle a été mémorable pour nos 8 ans ça se fête en gros puis on s'est vraiment bien amusé là-bas les employés super gentils avec nous vraiment c'était super le fun.😀
Restaurant avec une déco wow comme on en voit rarement. La premiere fois que l'on entre c'est impressionnant & dépaysant ! La nourriture est excellente, nous avons pris le Royal tandoori feast pour découvrir plusieurs plats. Tout était succulent & on en a eu pour notre grosse dents! Une magnifique expérience du début à la fin

Bel endroit, bien localisé, bonne nourriture. L'option apportez votre vin, on adore. Le service lors de notre repas du jeudi soir c'est avéré ordinaire. Jamais le ou les serveurs sont venu au devant de nos besoins. Ex: ouvrir notre bouteille de vin, apportez un seau à glace, nous demander si notre repas était correcte...Ça Été très long avant qu'on nous demande pour le café dessert. J'aimerais quand même y retourner pour essayer autre chose sur le menu & donner une 2e chance.
The atmosphere was vibrant & staff were incredibly friendly & joked around with us, lifting our experience further. In terms of cost, this place is highly recommended for the quantity of food you receive. Overall, a pleasant moment, considering we came on one of their busiest days as well.
