"Awesome. Four of us went to Tandem and had a thoroughly fantastic meal. We tried the 9 course tasting menu. Some of us were not happy with one of the plates so the waiter replaced it, no questions asked and apologized for not asking if raw fish was ok. Service was top of the line, quick, refined and efficient. The food, out of the world. I could go..."
