Worst customer service today. I called to order but they didnt pick up the phone the whole time. When I come to ask, they said they are having lunch, so why state "open" on google & ubereats. Server is rude & she throws those to-go boxes to us to put into the bag ourselves. I've been here a few times but this is the first time I decided that I will not come back here anymore. I went at a very quiet time (4 pm) so I can't comment on the busy times, but the restaurant is very clean, relaxing atmosphere, with quick & friendly service. The large menu is nicely presented & has many different options for all cravings. I had the rare beef pho, which was one of the best I've had so far in Montreal. It is served with all the classic toppings (bean sprouts, Thai basil, & lime), & many sauces as well. Fresh chilis are available upon request & they are *actually* spicy which is rare. Nourriture était excellente, comme d'habitude. Authentique & très goûteuse.
Par contre, malgré notre réservation faite à partir de leur site web, le serveur disait ne pas voir notre réservation. Après lui avoir montrer le email de confirmation, il semble être confus & nous dit que lorsque les soirées sont occupées, ils fonctionnent par 1er arrivé 1er servi.
Nous venons régulièrement à ce restaurant & avons été déçu du service car nous avons dû attendre un vingtaine de minute pour qu'une table se libère & l'attente pour commander était longue également. Par contre, la nourriture est arrivée rapidement.
