La comida rica , es muy agradable el sitio , pero el servicio no muy bueno . Una mesera apenas llegamos estaba jugando México y nos dijo igual para que lo ven si van a perder ( después yo pregunté que si tenía tacos de tripa y dijo que no que era asqueroso comer eso ) . Respeto la opinión de cada persona pero no debería la mesera decir ese tipo de cosas a sus clientes . Lástima porque la comida se ve toda muy rica y lo que pedimos nosotros fue rico
Tacos Montreal absolutely impressed me - truly some of the best Mexican food I've had in Montreal. Every bite tasted fresh & full of flavor, & the portions were generous without being too heavy. The pricing was also great for the quality you get.
The atmosphere was vibrant, with great music & a décor that really added to the experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to Alejandra. She was incredibly attentive the whole time we were there & such a sweet person. She helped us pack our leftovers with so much care, making sure everything - including the sauces - was properly organized. Her kindness made the experience even better.
If I could offer two small suggestions, it would be about the temperature & the lighting. The place was really cold, possibly because of the ventilation issues - they had to keep the door open, & since it's winter, that made it even colder inside. A bit more heating or adjusting the ventilation would make the space much more comfortable. Also, the lighting could be slightly dimmer; it felt a bit too bright during our visit.
Overall, the food was stunning, the service was lovely, & despite the small comfort concerns, I would still highly recommend Tacos Montreal. I'd definitely come back!
Pasamos por 1k de pastor y cuando llegamos a casa, sorpresa. La carne super super seca. Y aparte compramos extra de verdura xq la que dan es como para una orden de tacos! Dijeron que nos darían 1k de asada pero cuando llegaron a mi casa lo poco que quedaba de pastor ya estaba en la basura así que no hubo ninguna solución. Gracias. Espero que la próxima vez no me den carne de días.
Tacos were good, service was poor. Server ignored us, didn't check in to see if everything was to our satisfaction & spent his time on his cell. Music was blasting, as if we were in a club.

Meat was good, but tacos were super dry. No Birria tacos. Bland taste. Sauces too spicy. They don't serve margarita drinks (shocking for a Mexico restaurant). Service was slow, they were reorganizing their restaurant while we were trying to pay.
On s'est arrêté manger ici, parce que j'ai vu des gens sur la terrasse/trottoir boire des cantaritos & cela m'a rappelé mon voyage à Tequila au Mexique! Je ne pouvais pas ne pas en essayer un à Montréal aussi! Il était effectivement très bon, pas pareil comme au Mexique, mais on s'y rapproche!
Il fait très très chaud dans la salle à manger, il faut aimer la chaleur!
La nourriture est généreuse & décadente (trop pour moi). Les tacos étaient très bons. On aurait aimé toutefois un peu plus de garnitures'vertes', car c'était très carnitas. Même chose pour le burrito, il était bon, mais peut-être un peu trop gras & décadent. Cependant, je sais que je ne suis pas le public cible. On a apprécié l'expérience.
On aurait aimé des plateaux/assiettes un peu plus grands, on manquait d'espace pour bien profiter de notre repas!

Being a Mexican I´m pretty picky about all the details on the meat, salsas & service when it comes to taquerias & trust me this guys got you covered.
My favorite recipe´s at this restaurant are the Pastor(they DO use the traditional'Trompo' technique) & the Carnitas, they resemble the spices & techniques from Jalisco & that´s also kind of what I go there all the time; it brings me home with every bite.
The staff is helpful & gentle. I go there so often that they now even recognize me when I go there which always adds a nice touch of personal service & to me that says that they really care about their customers.
For the ambience I can say that the place is pretty clean, there's plenty of room & the music is always at a level where you can have conversations with other people.
The menu is a delightful showcase of Mexican cuisine, offering generous portions of delicious options, including tacos, burritos, loaded nachos, alambre, quesadillas, & even Mexican baguettes. The meat was extremely flavorful & tender-cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is lively & welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a casual meal with friends or grab a quick bite. The staff is friendly & eager to help you navigate the menu, ensuring you have a great dining experience.
Quelle belle découverte! La nourriture est excellente & généreuse. Les condiments sont nombreux & variés. Les sauces sont piquantes! J'ai adoré les tacos aux crevettes & les tortillas avec guacamoles! On se serait cru des invités dans une maison mexicaine! Nous y retournerons c'est certain!!!
