This gem of a Mexican restaurant has already proven in its short time in the neighbourhood that it's a great establishment with plenty of delicious options & a great vibe. It's like an all-inclusive meets a Mom & Pop restaurant meets a salsa club all in one. Their food has gotten even better since my first visit (birria tacos & beef tacos are to die for) & their nachos with beef are so delicious (although the 2nd time I had them I felt there was less beef than the first time & more beans, but I'll try it again before I pass judgment). 10/10 for the food, beer towers & comically large margaritas & they have AMAZING churros.View more

Service attentionné, tout le monde y est sympathique & il y avait beaucoup de personnel sur le plancher. Mais l'endroit semble avoir été rénové rapidement & de façon négligée (peinture, luminaires pas installée, toilette déjà défectueuse) & la bouffe était décevante. Le burger des enfants était cheap avec des frites congelées. Les tacos carnitas étaient secs & gras, la viande semblait trop cuite, depuis trop longtemps. Les tacos al pastor étaient bien, le guacamole était bon. Le churro sur notre glace n'était pas cuit, juste rempli d'huile de la friteuse qui ne devait pas être assez chaude. On aimerait que ça fonctionne pour la Monk, mais je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons malheureusement.View more

Went for tacos & margaritas. The tacos were pretty good. The margaritas were disappointing. Service was fast & friendly. The dining room was a bit noisy. The biggest disappointment was the margarita. I hoped that since it was part of the name that they would be spectacular. They were not. Too sweet, & we couldn't taste the tequila, & since they used bottom shelf tequila it was probably good that we couldn't. It has just been open a couple of weeks so maybe there will be some improvements. I hope they update their eponymous drinks.View more

The food was good, I enjoyed the decor & music. Since it's a new restaurant & I think it's the fourth (?) restaurant in a few year in the same spot, here's a few comments. -please provide a paper menu: as a family it's annoying sharing a phone with kids. I also like googling the items in the menu when I don't know what it is. -maybe add pictures in the menu: bunch of the items aren't common to everyone, providing pictures, help with the decision & the dishes are really pretty, pictures in the menu definitely would help. The amount of time a buy something because it looks good is pretty common, reading a description isn't the same. -picture & menu outside : it's hard to see inside the restaurant. To attract people I would put pictures of the dishes on the windows, or even better paint (cartoonish) the dishes/Margarita to make it look fun. I would also add a menu outside so people have an idea of the dishes. You would see the restaurant from far away or passing buy. -menu / quantity : clarify the quantity of tacos because I thought it was 2 tacos for 20$, I doesn't mention that it's 4. -menu / change the'Grand Margarita' to'jumbo' or'party size' ? : you get spook at the price & you don't think it's that big. -menu /spelling : a few mistakes,'Tortilla de famine' which means'starvation Tortilla' instead of'tortilla de farine' -paper bill : I definitely don't like being able to review my bill & just being told what's the total. Just no! Provide a paper bill like any other restaurant. -price : it's definitely a little bit expensive, should reduce the price if you want to attract locals, families. The previous restaurants were also too pricey, they didn't last long... Overall its good, the food was good, portions too, a few changes are necessary. I'm going back for sure.View more

A brand new taco place opened up right at the beginning of summer, & we just had to check it out immediately. The pink décor instantly caught our eye upon entering, & the warm, welcoming smile of our new friend Leonardo made us feel like we were about to have a great time. But we weren't ready. This place is bonkers. Firstly, we are huge fans of fish tacos, & these are glorious. Perfectly prepared & seasoned, topped with a delicious sauce & just the right size. The tacos de pastor were equally wonderful. We washed the whole thing down with an absolute swimming pool of spicy margarita. Seriously, it was enormous. Talk about drowning your sorrows 😂. We were told it's about 24oz. Insane. But that wasn't the only crazy drink we saw. We will have to go back to try the tower of beer or the huge personal barrels. We're not sure what they're called, but we want them. This place is made for good food & good fun in groups, & we can't wait to go back with our friends.View more

Je me permet ces commentaires puisque je juge que le restaurant est ouvert depuis peu, donc encore en rodage: -Le serveur très timide cherchait ses mots en français pour nous décrire son menu, dont il fallait demander une copie papier puisque seulement un code QR est présent sur la table. Il me semble que la question devrait être posée. Le menu comporte également plusieurs erreurs d'orthographe malheureusement. -Les plats sont bons, mais rien de fameux. Le prix est élevé pour ce que c'est & pour le quartier. Rappelons-nous que c'est le 4 ou 5ième restaurant à cet endroit en quelques années. C'est rare que je vais dire ceci, mais il y a beaucoup trop de fromage & les plats ne goûtent que cela. -La décoration & la peinture semblent avoir été faites rapidement. Il reste des murs sales & non repeints exposés (exemple : en haut de la porte de garage), tout comme certains trous dans les murs, notamment pour passer les fils (il existe des plaques décoratrices pour cacher cela & empêcher la vermine d'y aller). Il y a des grilles de ventilation à moitié peintes comme si elle n'avaient pas été recouvertes pendant la peinture du mur. Cela manque de finition. En espérant que ceci sera perçu comme constructif pour vous aider à attirer, mais surtout conserver des client.e.s fidèles. Bonne continuité !View more
