I spent my birthday there, it was amazing, the service was great & the servers were polite & funny, the food wasn't expensive for how good it was. It was an amazing night, thank you so much!

Una consulta, despues de maltratar a los argentinos y que Mexico y Colombia quedaran afuera en octavos, reprodujeron la mananita'lloraaaar y lloraaaar, lloraaaar y lloraaaar'?
Je tiens à faire part de la très mauvaise expérience que nous avons vécue dans cet établissement. Nous sommes venus pour regarder le match de la Colombie &, dès notre arrivée, le traitement a été hostile : le personnel a tenté à plusieurs reprises de retirer des chaises de notre table, alors même que le restaurant était vide.
?L'expérience a été déplorable pour les raisons suivantes :
?Facturation erronée : On a tenté de nous facturer trois bières supplémentaires que nous n'avions jamais consommées. Nous avons dû insister lourdement pour que la facture soit enfin corrigée, car le personnel refusait initialement de reconnaître l'erreur.
?Harcèlement concernant le pourboire : Le personnel a insisté de manière erronée sur le fait que le pourboire était obligatoire. Il est important de rappeler qu'au Québec, le pourboire est un geste volontaire qui est laissé lorsque l'expérience est satisfaisante ; dans ce cas précis, le service était tellement médiocre qu'il ne méritait aucune gratification.
?Propos xénophobes : La situation a atteint un point inacceptable lorsque la serveuse, constatant l'absence de pourboire, nous a adressé des propos grossiers & dénigrants en disant :'Quelle tristesse d'être Colombiens & aussi radins.'
?Je tiens à souligner que le fait de dénigrer des clients en raison de leur nationalité & d'utiliser des insultes xénophobes constitue un acte de discrimination grave. Au Canada, la discrimination fondée sur l'origine nationale est inacceptable & constitue une violation des principes fondamentaux de respect. La qualité du service a brillé par son absence & ce type de comportement n'a sa place dans aucun établissement. Je ne recommande cet endroit sous aucun prétexte.
Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.
We had a reservation for seven people, but two members of our group were still on their way. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the gentleman who greeted us started separating our table & even tried to remove our chairs.
The restaurant was charging a cover fee to watch the Colombia soccer match, but at no point when we made the reservation or when we arrived were we informed that every person was required to order an entrée. This policy was never clearly communicated.
When it was time to pay, we noticed that we had been charged for three beers that we never ordered. We had to point out the mistake before they corrected the bill.
Because of the poor service we received throughout the evening, we decided not to leave a tip. The situation became even worse when one of the waitresses said to us in a disrespectful tone,'It's awful to be Colombian. Colombians are always the cheapest.'
This comment was completely inappropriate, offensive, & discriminatory. No customer should be judged or stereotyped based on their nationality, especially by restaurant staff.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. We hope the management addresses both the quality of service & the behavior of its staff so that other customers do not have to go through the same situation.
We visited Tacos & Margarita in Ville-Émard to watch the game on Friday night & had a very disappointing experience.
Despite paying a cover charge & spending a significant amount on food & drinks, we were pressured about food orders & treated disrespectfully by the manager when concerns were raised. Rather than resolving issues professionally, the situation was handled in a way that made customers feel unwelcome.
What was most frustrating was that the game was paused because of an issue involving another group. When customers pay a cover specifically to watch a game, interrupting the broadcast is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, & I would not recommend this place for watching sporting events.
