Sushiuma offers a widely appreciated all you can eat experience in Montreal, featuring a diverse menu that goes beyond sushi to include various hot dishes, grilled items, and desserts. Many guests enjoy the modern atmosphere, the efficient tablet ordering system, and the entertaining robot servers that deliver food to the tables. While individual experiences with service speed and food flavor can vary, the restaurant is frequently praised for its fresh fish, generous portions, and good value, making it a popular choice for groups and families who enjoy the convenience of a bring your own wine policy.

This is a great spot to have all you can eat sushi 🍣 they also have sashimi ! I would suggest to order the table side torched nigiri with Tuna & Salom, very fresh & delicious food. They also have a bunch of hot dishes that are ok if you like fried food & meat equires. 🍡 The robot service is a cute novelty.🤖 The lunch menu is a bit more limited but still very good & more affordable. We often bring our staff from the office & they love it. Service is very quick so pretty great for lunch if you have at leat 1 hour to spare.

Decent all you can eat restaurant. The tempura was nice. The fried rice was ok, one person of our pay ordered & theirs came nicely plated. When the second person ordered the same fried rice, it came on a little side place looking a little messy. The sushi was average. I think the appetizers were better than the miso & sushi. The pad thai was very flavourful. Overall a decent all you can eat restaurant. Seemed very popular as when we were leaving there was a huge line up & the restaurant was packed. This was a Saturday evening.

Bon sushi à volonté

The sushi is ok, but the takoyaki & sushi pizza are mediocre, they really cheap out on toppings. It was very funny to see the service robot fail horrendously at its job though! It stole our ice cream & the waitress had to run after it to retreive it for us!

We have eaten here on many occasions before a show at PDA. This time, the sushi was very filling, bc it was 75%+ rice! Very little fish or veggies. Saturday is one of the most expensive days & I got the least for my money of all the times we have dined here. I can understand trying to reduce costs, but this was pathetic & over-obvious that they were trying to ensure you eat as little as possible. My fear near the end of our meal was that we were going to be able to finish our first order (very modest) & then be charged $1 per piece on TOP of the $42/pp. Hopefully the next time we visit will be better, otherwise, we'll find another sushi restaurant to enjoy.
