What reviews say

Sushiuma is widely recognized as a popular destination in Montreal for all you can eat dining, frequently praised for its fresh fish, generous portion sizes, and consistently delicious offerings. Diners often highlight the interactive experience of ordering via tablets and the entertaining novelty of robots delivering food to the tables, while the tableside torched salmon remains a standout favorite. Many visitors appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and fast, efficient service, making it a reliable spot for both families and friends. While experiences with wait times and order accuracy can vary during peak hours, the overall value and variety of the menu, which includes a diverse selection of sushi, hot dishes, and tempura, continue to draw a dedicated crowd back for repeat visits.

The sushi rice was so stale like it was made a day before

We had the all you can eat sushi option here. The economics of it really don't make sense for a guest unless you're doing it for the experience because you can get full from eating just a couple different rolls under the $55+ that this costs. That being said, I did go here for the experience & the came away satisfied. You place your order through tablets & the turnaround on the service is very quick. It's a good way to sample a wide variety of rolls.

The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh sushi & a great variety to choose from. The robot server added a fun touch to the experience. The welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal.

Robot amusant.

The food here is of good quality considering that it's a all you can eat restaurant. The sushis were good with soft rice & fresh ingredients. I enjoyed their tempuras & their skewers. I also found it fun that they come torch some of the food at our table. They also have a robot delivering dishes. These make it an enjoyable experience. It also a bring your own wine. So you can bring your favorites & enjoy their good food. The decor as also very nice & tables were well spaced for a comfortable sitting.
