Specifically asked to remove cucumbers from the sushi as I have an ntolerance to them. They make me sick. Ordered 145$ of sushi couldn't eat at least 1/3 as there was cucumbers. 145$ hardly any seafood mostly veggies & fake crab I will not be ordering again. Very disappointed

I'm not sure how it's possible to mess up assembling a poke bowl when the components are clearly listed on the menu, but somehow I received a veggie bowl missing half the ingredients, & with only 2 measly pieces of tofu
To top it off there was a bizarre amount of spice on it, definitely more than is supposed to be
Don't think I'll be going to sushi shop again

Plateau sushi pas frais. Les sushis goûtaient tellement fort que je suis allée les retourner. J'ai attendu 30 minutes après avoir parlé avec un employé pour me faire rembourser puisqu'ils « n'avaient pas le temps ». J'avais commandé des poke bols en janvier 2026 également & ceux-ci étaient tellement plein de mayonnaise épicée que nous les avons jetés aux poubelles. J'avais écris un courriel & je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Plus jamais je ferai de commande à cette succursale.

Pour le moment, l'employé du Sushi Shop Blainville m'a dit que ma commande est annulée & que je recevrai un remboursement mais je n'ai toujours rien reçu & aucune preuve.
