Unfortunately I wanted to give the franchise another shot but I was very disappointed in both the service & food quality. I ordered a sashimi platter & it took over an hour to get it. By the time it was ready & I tasted the fish, the tuna tasted funky & I couldn't finish those cuts. I will not be visiting another sushi sama again.

since it stated here on Google that their shop'closes soon' at 8:30pm, i called at 8pm in order to place a takeout order- only to be met with an answering machine stating that they are currently closed.

a few years ago, it was the same exact outcome except i had called at 7:45pm.

gave another chance, it backfired. never again.

there's no point to operate a business, when you don't want business. simple as that.

*update: other reviews can corroborate this, as quite a few people have experienced the same thing.
