"Ratio of actual fish/filling to rice is far and above any chain style "sushi" counter. I orderd by phone ( simple 20piece lunch box) was very very fresh ( made to order) ready in 10 min at lunchtime on a saturday Portion of salmon was 5 times what you get at grab and go places. Super friendly staff as well. In -out ..cant ask for much more."
