This was our worst sushi experience. We really wanted to enjoy an AYCE sushi before the holiday break was over & decided to give this place a try as it's the closest option to us. The food did not taste good, salmon quality was bad, & the cooked salmon had a bad taste/smell. We ordered the first round & couldn't finish it. At other places we always order a second round. I started feeling off before we left & once we got home I felt really bad & got sick 🤢 everyone in my family is unwell. Stay away, better drive to West Island for proper quality sushi.
The staff were really nice & attentive & I think our server knew something was wrong & he kept asking. Not his fault the food was bad though he did his job well.
Although the price is great & the size of the rolls (as well as the size of non-sushi options) is generous, the sushi itself is rather average: limited options & too much rice in my opinion. The place itself is spacious, plenty of seating, but again, very average. If you're hungry though, $20 for all you can eat weekday lunch is hard to beat!
The quality of fish & the rolls offered were actually really good. My hopes were not high due to the ratings, but I was pleasantly surprised! All of the food ordered was really tasty, the fish was really fresh, & everything took a reasonable amount of time to come to the table! I think the only downside is, if you are used to all you can eat sushi restaurants, the menu here seems small. I don't personally mind it, but I can see how some might be put off. The actual restaurant is also dated, but clean nonetheless. I definitely recommended to anyone in the area!

This is my favourite AYCA sushi spot. Their salmon is by far the best at this spot. I will keep coming here forever. One thing I dislike is the amount of time it takes for some of the pieces like the nigiri's to arrive at the table but it's worth the wait for sure!
J'ai adoré la nourriture & de plus nous avons eu un très bon service. Je demeure en Mauricie mais ma fille Sindy est de Laval & lorsqu'elle viendra me rendre visite elle m'en apportera. Merci Sushi Palace !!!
Went on a weekday for the all you can eat lunch & I left there very satisfied. It's worth noting that the best part of the meal was not the sushi, but the side dishes & entrées. Many reviews state that the general tao is good, & I totally agree - one of the best I've ever had. If you mainly want to try this place for their sushi, lower your expectations because it's just ok; except for the torched salmon & eel, those are pretty good. Beautiful decor & polite service add to the experience. Overall a good lunch outing at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go again
The sushi here was fresh, beautifully prepared, & full of flavor. The service was friendly & quick, & the atmosphere made the dining experience even better. A great spot for anyone who enjoys authentic sushi-I'll definitely be coming back!
