Toujours été bon & le service est habituellement rapide. Jamais eu de problème. Le seul endroit que je m'ennui depuis que je ne suis plus a Lasalle (4 ans). J'y suis allé aujourd'hui & toujours aussi bon.
We used to be loyal customers here, unfortunately got food poisoning on our last order…We did file a claim on Uber Eats since we ordered through the app, unfortunately no follow up

Service à la clientèle vraiment médiocre. Ils ont oublié 8 morceaux dans ma commande (livraison). Ils refusent de me rembourser ou de me les livrer. Too bad. La seule solution: venir en magasin, sur place (!) me faire rembourser! Très décevant.
J'ai commandé des poke bols & des sushis à quelques reprises & j'ai toujours été satisfait: les portions sont bonnes & tout est frais.
Je les recommande.
Ordered from here many times, delicious sushi, big & fresh, they have the best price in the area.
The only thing is their sushi don't look as fancy as in other places & sometimes fall apart.

For take-out places Sushi Newman in excellent especially considering the quality & price. This is the place I use to judge other poke bowl places in Montreal & it's my favourite place for lunch.

I've been visiting Montreal from out of town & heard Sushi Newan had amazing sushi. The food itself was great (which is why I've given it a 3 star), but the service & dealing with UEats has made my experience here quite bad. I noticed that it had been over an hour & half with no food or no call from the restaurant so I called. Turns out they had no delivery driver available. They really should have called me to let me know or cancelled my order. I was charged for delivery & tipping the driver but 1) I was never informed by the restaurant that my driver was NOT available for delivery & 2) I was never refunded for the delivery & driver tipping fee (which came to about $10.00). If I didn't call the restaurant & ask where my food was, would they have called me to let me know? I was also told the refund would be processed but it has been almost a week & they haven't even bothered calling me back or refunding me a cent. Super unfortunate considering how great the sushi was.
I love this place! My boyfriend & I order only from them when we have a sushi night. The food is delicious! I rated it 4 stars & not 5 because a few times I had the sushi, I didn't feel well afterwards. It would have also been my sensitive stomach. My boyfriend was completely fine & enjoyed the meal. Just giving a heads up to those with sensitivity. All in all, I have, & will continue to order from them. Thanks guys!
Used to be my go to place, avoiding now. Delivery order said 45 minutes, I get deliveries are late on busy nights but took 3 hours. Ordered tonight for pick up, they lost my order, would be another 45 minutes if I reordered. No apologies just, "we lost your order". give 2 stars for the food/price, ordinary but reasonable for the quality. but not going ba k any time soon
J'ai passé une commande à 16h57, mais à 20h, je n'avais toujours rien reçu. Malgré plusieurs appels pour obtenir des informations sur le retard, on m'a répondu à chaque fois que ça ne prendrait environ 20 minutes de plus pour finalement me faire dire qu'ils ne savaient pas où était le livreur. J'ai donc finalement décidée d'annuler ma commande & de demander un remboursement puisque cela fesait plus de 3h que j'attendais...On m'a dit que la caissière me livrerait personnellement ma commande 20h25 finalement reçu ma commande biensûre ils n'étaient plus frais
