Thanks to Ryan for the incredible service yesterday at Hidden FIsh - he treated my godson & I to a wonderful experience. Sushi was of course so fresh, green salad tasty & miso soup at a perfect temperature. Thanks for making it a great memory for the two of us!View more
The sushi was very good, especially the O-Toro. On the pricey side & the flavours were not as delicate as some places but very yummy.View more

I recently visited this sushi restaurant & had a mixed experience overall. The ambiance was a definite highlight-stylish, relaxing, & perfect for a date night.
In terms of food, it was a bit hit-or-miss. The otoro nigiri stood out as exceptional-buttery, fresh, & beautifully presented. Comparable to ones I've had in Japan. Unfortunately, the sashimi was underwhelming, lacking the flavor & texture you'd expect at this price point. The maki rolls were decent but enjoyable enough.
The main drawback was the slow service. While the staff was polite, the wait times between courses felt too long, especially for a Monday night. The server also didn't bring soy sauce or wasabi/ginger the entire night.
Final verdict: Come for the ambiance & the otoro, but manage your expectations on the rest of the menu & service speed.View more
