Lately, we just discovered their unique sorbet flavour called “cinq épices” (or “five spices” for my English readers). Based on an original Italian recipe, their sorbets come in more than 25 different flavours. “Cinq épices” caught our attention just by its name.
Usually, when you think of five spices, you think of a tea or hot beverage. In this case, it was transformed into a cold pleasant dessert, not too sweet & perfectly spiced up with the intensity of the chosen ingredients. The light texture makes you forget you’re guiltily eating a “dessert”.
