Last April, I had the chance to collaborate with Sublime Creations & try a full week of their prepared meals… & opening that delivery honestly felt like Christmas for my fridge.

Everything arrived neatly packaged, fresh, & clearly labeled with full nutritional information, which I really appreciated. It made it easy to enjoy the meals while still knowing exactly what I was eating.

Here's what I tried:
• Teriyaki Chicken Wrap
• Beef & Rice Stuffed Enchiladas
• Chicken & Bacon Caesar Wrap
• Souvlaki Grilled Chicken
• Beef & Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells
• Honey Mustard Chicken Salad
• Triple Chocolate Cake

The portions were generous, the flavors were well balanced, & nothing tasted bland or'diet.' The wraps were filling & convenient, the pasta shells were comforting, & the grilled chicken dishes felt like proper sit-down meals. & the triple chocolate cake? Rich, indulgent, & absolutely necessary.

What makes their system simple is the schedule: you order by Friday, they prep on Saturday, & your meals are delivered Sunday, ready to heat & eat. It takes the mental load out of weekday cooking, especially if you're busy or trying to stay consistent with your nutrition.

If you're in Montreal or Laval & looking for a fresh, organized, no-stress meal prep option that still feels like real food, this is definitely worth trying.
