About us
Steakhouse St-Charles offers a cozy and simple atmosphere that is distinguished by its warmth. It is renowned for its prime rib au jus, slowly cooked, covered with mustard and spices and served with its aromatic jus. Steakhouse St-Charles is also known for its many different fish tartare and red meats. Other menu items are tenderly grilled on charcoal and specialty choices offered by the house are vast: such as the filet mignon, chateaubriand & flambéed steak. The menu also includes delicious seafood, sesame crusted tuna, butterfly prawns, grilled shrimp, ribs and some of our sautéed pasta prepared the St. Charles' way. A typical evening at Steakhouse St-Charles consists of a delicate appetizer, a hearty meal, a light or sweet dessert and a coffee flambéed at your table. The service is attentive, friendly and warm. The wine list is complete and includes more than 75 choices, which contains a large selection of privately imported wines and a selection of wines with SAQ prices + $10. via LibroEncore une très belle soirée chez Steak House St-Charles samedi 19 novembre. Notre serveur Rock nous a reçu comme des rois. Son professionalisme & sa grande expérience dont il nous a fait bénificier, nous a fait apprécier les bons plats servis chaud & les ingrédients d'une grande fraîcheur. Tout état parfait & l'ambiane était superbe. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner.

via LibroJe n'y suis pas allé depuis quelques années, mais je peux honnêtement dire que c'est le meilleur restaurant où nous sommes allés. Le service était excellent, la nourriture était excellente. Le rôti de boeuf a fondu dans votre bouche & le flambé était parfaitement cuit. J'y retournerai certainement.
