Had the beef & a shrimp pho bowl of soup. Deep delicious broth with fragrant Thai basil. Will definitely go again to try their grilled meat platters

Been going to this pho place so often & the pho has always been delicious! However when I went to eat there today, the broth & noodles were amazing but I noticed that their beef was different (not sure if it's a different supplier that's causing this). The beef was hard to chew & some of them were a bit tough. I will still go back but please bring back the old beef it was perfect!

I tried to warm it up at home to see if maybe the meat would get better but it's really the quality of it that seemed to be the issue:

I wanted some pho but did not want to too far. This was the closest with great reviews. I started with a chicken spring roll. It felt really fresh & the peanut butter sauce was tasty. I would recommend more meat in the roll. Then I went with the Phở with rare beef & beef meat balls. Great broth, tasty & a good portion for a Large bowl. Finally, I wanted to try the Beef Bánh mì. The bread was fresh & the ingredients as well. Tasty in general. More meat would be great Overall experience 5 stars. I would definitly be going back.

With inflation, it's been hard finding a place that serves great Phở without a crazy price or losing on the portion. Love the service & friendly ambiance. The soup was excellent. This said, I miss the old days when a spring roll was $2 & you had more than just lettuce. However, the banh mì was amazing, especially the lemongrass beef flavor. Again, miss the old days when a banh mì was $2.00, but understandable as well that the restaurant has to make profit. Overall, we will go back to try the other dishes. If you're around & have time, go & enjoy. You won't regret it.
