On a attendu 1h pour un esti de café ça n'a aucun bon sens! On ne devrait pas attendre pour cela ça ne vaut pas la peine. Il y a une ambiance lourde & le Starbucks est mal situé! J'ai prit un ficello & il était trop mou c'était même pas bon… à la seconde que je passe un commentaire la fille nous répond comme si je n'avais aucun rapport à faire un commentaire alors que ÇA FAIT 1 heure que j'attend.

Honnêtement, pour avoir déjà travaillé dans un starbucks, je dois dire que celui-ci est vraiment médiocre.

Dans le dernier mois, ils ont eu un grand changement dans le personnel. Résultat : Des employés non formés, non qualifiés. Ils engagent n'importe qui. Le service à la clientèle est rendu merdique bien que ce soit la priorité des starbucks.

Je ne compte plus le nombre de fois où j'ai eu une erreur dans ma commande & où on me l'a reproché? Je demande un frappucino au caramel brulé avec mousse au caramel salé, on me donne un frappucino au caramel régulier avec une mousse au caramel brulé, & on me dit que c'est de ma faute. Je commande un matcha latté (chaud) & les 6 premières gorgées sont des mottons de matcha non mélangé.

Aussi, faites attention aux normes d'hygiène, elles ne sont pas toutes respectées. J'ai acheté des bouchées de bagel, celles que j'ai reçu avaient un peu de moisi à l'intérieur. Ils ne font pas bien leur rotation des items.

Bref, je suis déjà allé à ce starbucks auparavant & je n'avais rien à dire, mais ils devraient vraiment former leur personnel.

Très bon capucino 🫶
Manque de stationnement, & à l'intérieur c'est un rendez-vous de jeunes ados où jeunes adultes avec leurs laptops qui sirote leur consommation pendant des heures....résultats, manque de place...vraiment dommage & pas dû tout payant pour le propriétaire. Il devrait y avoir un règlement, pas de flanage...le sport favoris de cette jeunesse.
