The service is so bad that they served'Egg whites with Bacon' when specifically asked for'Egg bites with roasted peppers'. This is just one of the incident since i don't want to highlight everything. I guess the people need more training & may be they might be able to serve better with right attitude.

Mostly great team. The leads are sharp & on point & the bar is always pumping things out
Devastating when I get to the counter in the morning when Sher. I always (without exaggeration) need to repeat or correct or just accept that my order is going to be wrong. The situation isn't helped by the fact he's absolutely miserable & iris he's to get rid of the clients in front of him as though we were a major inconvenience.
Disappointing situation given the otherwise strong & lovely team on site.

Le service a été bon! Mais les toilettes était dégoûtante le lavabo était tout poussiéreux & sale, le planchers tout collant & crasseux. & que dire de la toilette ouachhh !

Did not allow me to order since I had my small dog that was quiet… used to give puppacino to dogs , will sadly be going to the other location not too far away which accepts to take your order & give puppacino 🐶

Je commande par l'application & je commande toujours la même chose & dans ma commande il est toujours spécifié'peu de glace'& c'est le seul Starbucks qui est pas foutu de me le faire comme il faut & qui me met toujours 3 tonnes de glaces🤬. De plus, après l'avoir goûté, ça fait 2x qu'il ne goûte même pas comme d'habitude, c'est comme si ils avaient oublié un ingrédient. 🤦🏻?♀?
Soit le personnel ne lit pas les tickets soit ils s'en foutent royalement. C'est dommage il était sur ma route mais je suis tanné & il n'y aura plus d'autres fois, je vais faire un détour ailleurs.
