Service rapide, personnel peu souriant mais poli. Les chiens ont droit à des cup remplis de crème fouettée gratuitement. C'est gentil & apprécié de nos quadruped.

Je me fais toujours servir par des employés très attentionnés, gentils, courtois & polis. C'est fort agréable. Clairement, on sent qu'offrir un excellent service à la clientèle est au coeur des préoccupations. Le seul hic -& je trouve important de le mentionner pour que cela se corrige- est que tout le personnel se parle en anglais & ce, même devant les clients. Ceci est à mon sens inacceptable. Je suis parfaitement bilingue, mais je considère qu'au Québec, le français est « la langue normale & habituelle au travail, dans l'enseignement, dans les communications, dans le commerce & dans les affaires. » (loi 101). Pas seulement envers la clientèle, mais également dans les interactions entre employés en fonction.

J'ai été conseillé & servie par une employée vraiment professionnelle & gentille! Je pense que son prénom est Keno, elle est souvent la lorsque je viens au café, elle est vraiment attentionnée & gentille! Je me demandais a quoi gouttais le matcha & elle me l'as décris en plus de m'offrir d'y goutter! Très contente de son service :) Sinon les autres employés aussi sont superbes, toujours à saluer les gens qui rentre & nous sourire. Des fois il peut y avoir des petits enfants bruyants mais ce n'est pas de leur pouvoir de les faire taire ahaha, bref personnel incroyable & très bon service client !!
