"The bagels are, too over hyped for a Quebec thing. They get hard and stale super quick, the congestion to get into a shop for a bagel and over priced cream cheese is ridiculous, the coffee is mediocre. Kudos for them promoting a thing in their area and keeping it real, I did enjoy the big fire kiln with the bagels being made. Wish they made giant..."
