I hope the matcha date cream stays! It was fantastic. However, the second time I ordered it a different server made it for me & it tasted quite different (not as much date cream). Besides the lack of consistency it's a great place & super yummy, great place to do work or come for a meal. Cute products that would be great for birthday gifts also. If getting a smoothie I recommend the strawberry glaze!
Nothing like it, none of these copy-cat healthy cafes could ever compare, theyre one of a kind & masters of their design, marketing & menu! Feel good food that makes you look good, the GO TO place. Their employees are always serving with a smile & make you feel so welcomed & the owners are the most genuine people youll ever meet, they deserve all their customers & all their hype!
I had to customize my order due to a restrictive diet. The person at the counter was so sweet, patient & considerate in helping me out. My friend also praised their avo toast!

Spirulina is the best healthy café in Montreal. I appreciate that they don't use any seed oils & truly prioritize health in everything they serve. Their whole menu is always tasty & delicious.
As a fitness & health coach, I have started a new opportunity of private coaching moslty for the women collective, in private sessions , in Wesmount. This is a new area for me & I was happy to discover your health bar. I am thinking of maybe finding a creative way to collab with my private gym access & maybe create an opportunity for both of us business' owners to support women in their health journey no matter their age. The price to size ratio is… insane. The chicken avo salad dressing is so balsamic-y that I couldn't finish it, & for a $30 salad, you certainly want to finish it. Not enough chicken or avo to justify the price.
I've been to this Spirulina location twice now to try their smoothies, & they've consistently been creamy & delicious. The service here is super efficient, & I haven't been disappointed so far. I'll definitely be coming back to try more flavors-this is currently my top Spirulina spot.
The smoothies are delicious & the avocado salmon toast is marvelous. With a smoothie & the avocado you have a complete meal.
They have really beautiful salads too.
You should try. 😉

Went to their Westmount location, such a cute spot! The Immunity smoothie + Honey Feta avo toast were delicious. It's the perfect post-workout lunch spot :) Can't wait to come back!!
