I ordered a butter chicken bowl with double protein & all I received was the smell of the chicken, cause the meat I couldn't find. The funniest thing is this completely random answer from the owner that makes no sense LOL. Let me copy here before he changes or deletes it.

J'ai fait une commande sur uber avec leur promotion buy one get one. J'ai commander 2 trio wrap au poulet tandoori, quand j'ai reçu la commande j'étais dessus de voir que dans le sandwich j'ai eu plus de laitue, salade de choux carotte & tomate que de poulet. Il y avais exactement 5 petit morceaux de poulet (voir photo) ! Je ne recommande pas du tout !

I had a really disappointing experience here. The food was okay, but the way the staff & owner treat customers is unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, the staff were rude & dismissive. When we politely asked a question about the menu, the response was sarcastic & unhelpful.
What made it worse was the owner's attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they were defensive & spoke to us in a very disrespectful tone. Good customer service goes a long way, & unfortunately that is completely lacking here.
There are plenty of other restaurants that actually value their customers. I won't be coming back.
I am talking about the spice bros location & yes i am talking about the female owner with blue contact lenses.
The food is not very good, there were barely any chicken in my 14$ wrap. It costs about the same as a good indian restaurant. I will never order from them again ,sorry.
L'équipe sur place est très professionnelle & accueillante. Leur bol de poulet au beurre est tout simplement exceptionnel. Je reviens toujours à la succursale de Lucien-Paiement, car l'expérience y est nettement supérieure à celle des autres Spicebros. On sent qu'ils prennent réellement soin de leurs clients, en les traitant comme des membres de la famille Spicebros. Merci Kegan pour le service aujourd'hui.
