We used to love spicebros. Unfortunately, as is too often the case, the quality of both the food & the service has dropped dramatically.
We called in an order 30 minutes before pickup, showed up on time only for them not to have even started the order. It was NOT busy, the location is dimly lit with overly loud music. Sadly I don't think we'll be ordering from here again

Tried the Spice Bros for the first time at the Cote Vertu Location. Can't say that I will be going there again. I had the butter chicken bowl. When ordering the girl behind the counter told me it was jasmine rice, it was regular boiled rice with lots of shredded carrot, the potatoes added where cold, & really not tasty. The chicken was dry, & the butter chicken sauce tasted watered down. The only thing I can say I enjoyed was the naan bread. Sorry, Spice bros the food quality was not there.

AMAZING!!!!! This is one of the BEST restaurants for customer service I have ever dealt with! The owner was very friendly, professional & caring.
It is my best friends 50th birthday today & I ordered a special treat to be delivered from Spicebros. Because of Covid, I could not cross the border & enjoy it with her (I live in Ottawa & she is in Dorval) so the owner showed true compassion for us.
Although this is not their usual policy, he had one of his staff go out & buy a card for me & sign it with what I wanted to say. What an awesome attitude!!
She was thrilled with the food & the card.
Spicebros made her day even more special! Thank you thank you!!!!!! The BEST!!

It was my sister's birthday. We wanted to try out Indian food for the first time, & trust me, it was amazing. The fish was very well seasoned, the scorpion sauce on top made it even more delicious. Its not extremely spicy, just fine(at least for us) so that's good. Overall the food was great. The service was really great. The manager named Sourav, was super nice & very welcoming! So happy with the food, we will for sure order more in the future.

Big problem with the restaurant related to allergies.
I ordered, & a friend is critically allergic to cashew.
He started feeling sick, so I called the restaurant asking if any cashews are used in any dressing or sauce in the Frankie roll. Turns out, they use cashew in the butter chicken, which is not a common practice. Online, there is no indication that they use nuts in there chicken. This is very serious, as nuts is a common allergy & it MUST be noted online, to avoid serious consequences.
Luckily, he ate one bite & was able to recognize something was wrong & stopped eating.
Please indicate what nuts you use for the future, & other common allergens.

Ordered via Internet & went to pick up. When I arrived, my order had not even been prepared & was already 15 mins past the confirmed ready time.
Arrived back home 7 minutes after picking up my order. 2 out of 3 dishes ordered were cold. Naan bread was also not fully cooked as most of the dough was still raw.
I've eaten here before & had great previous experiences. Not sure why this one was so terrible. Has ownership changed?.
