The best speakeasy in Montreal! What makes it the place? The fact there are two women running it (Fayza & Sou), they make the vibe happy & lovely! We feel awesome with them, also, they have the best drinks (ask them for the special Margueritas)! Highly recommended!! The two witches of drinks & leveling up vibes!
We had an amazing time stumbling across this spot, the mixologists were extremely competent & friendly, definitely recommend this spot!

Was just visiting Montreal for a couple of days & stumbled upon this Latin speakeasy by accident, but it quickly became one of the highlights of my trip!
Fayza was attentive & delightful, her hospitality & drinks were absolutely top-notch. The atmosphere, music, & overall vibe made the experience unforgettable. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal!

I was in Montreal for just three days & had to stop by here more than once! Fayza is an angel & the hospitality she gave us was unmatched. I can't recommend this place enough!
Superbe expérience au speakeasy Le 404 dans le Vieux-Montréal ! Les cocktails étaient délicieux & nos deux barmaids étaient incroyablement gentilles, offrant un service & des conversations mémorables. Fortement recommandé !
Tucked away downstairs, this little speakeasy feels like you've stepped into another era. Dim lighting, vintage décor, & lovely music.
The cocktails were thoughtful & inventive. You can tell the bartenders actually care about what they're making. Service was warm, knowledgeable, & never rushed.
If you're looking for a cozy, moody spot to unwind with friends or have a date night that feels secretly special, this is it. Montreal has plenty of bars, but few places with this kind of character.

Fantastic experience! Tommy & Larry are fantastic bartenders, really make you feel welcome. The menu is excellent, all the drinks I had were crafted with care. The music is upbeat but not too loud to have a chat & enjoy your time, & the lighting is appropriately dim where it sets a mood but doesn't impede practicalities like seeing or reading.
A+++++++ experience, would definitely recommend & go back.
