Souvlaki Shop specializes in traditional Greek grill preparations featuring marinated meats cooked over open flames. The menu highlights classic Mediterranean staples including skewered proteins served with warm pita, fresh tzatziki, and hand-cut lemon potatoes. Each dish emphasizes the use of high-quality olive oil, oregano, and authentic seasoning blends that define the regional culinary identity. The preparation process focuses on achieving a charred exterior while maintaining moisture within the succulent souvlaki skewers. Vegetables are sourced to ensure crispness in the accompanying Greek salads, providing a balanced contrast to the savory charcoal-grilled offerings. The functional space emphasizes efficiency and high-volume output to serve patrons seeking bold, consistent Mediterranean flavors. This establishment maintains a commitment to time-honored cooking methods that bring out the distinct characteristics of Aegean-style rotisserie and grill techniques.

My boyfriend & I love ordering from here, simply the best!! Fries are crispy & delicious, meat in the pork & chicken gyros is very juicy & flavourful. We also like the house salad, so fresh & tasty!! Highly recommend
Sorry for the competitiveness but I don't have any souvlaki i like as much as Marathon, until I ate here. WOW it's good, the quantity of chicken is insane, & the flavour of the fries is really great. I don't really know what it is that most souvlaki places have horrible fries for some reason but this one has actually good fries, & well seasoned too. I wish there was a bit more tzatziki on my pita but nothing asking can't fix.
I do wish however that they had maybe a table or two more in the shop, it's quite small & for that i'd recommend doing take out.
Overall really really good. They were sold out of the pork when we went so all this is for the chicken, need to go back asap to try pork.
Hands down the best souvlaki in town! Aris & his son make you feel like family the second you walk in. Every visit comes with a side of history, jokes, & good vibes!
The pork gyro pita? Perfection. Juicy, flavourful, wrapped tight with thick, homemade tzatziki that's absolutely overflowing. The fries are golden, crispy, & served in massive portions-just how I like it.
Don't skip the chicken gyro or the souvlaki either; they're just as addictive. I've literally had to put a cap on how many I let myself buy each week or I'd never eat anything else.
A local gem that deserves all the praise.

The owner ( Aris) & his staff are very friendly & great service. I ordered 20 chicken gyros pitas, 3 family fries, plate of pork gyros & a pork stick for my dad's 70th birthday. Food was delicious & service was fast. You must try!
Ordered for a pick up. First time went & picked up 2 pork gyro pitas & 2 chicken pitas with fries. Gotta admit, one of the best pita I've had in a while. The pita bread is soft, the meat is nicely seasoned & tzatziki is on point. Their fries are fantastic. Definitely will e Ordering again. I would recommend you try this little souvlaki shop. Small place with big flavor.
The pork gyros pita just blew me away. It's the best I've had in the city, & possibly among the best I've had outside of Greece. The meat is seasoned properly, & there's lots of it. Even the pita bread is warm & oiled a bit which made it just WOW. Top it off with a coke & you will be transported back to Greece. Good prices & nice service too.
Wonderful eatery for Ste-Dorothee residents. Amazing homemade fries. Superb souvlaki - we tried the pork gyros which is prepared like they do it in Greece. The pita they used is special - a nice change from our usual souvlaki place (Marathon). Very friendly staff. Counter service (mostly do take away business) but 4 tables available if you wish to eat on premises. No toilets, no high chair/boosters. Not handicap assessible.
Our new go to Greek restaurant! I had the souvlaki chicken pita & my husband took the gyro pork pita, both so delicious! One of the best we've had in Laval!
We had the pork souvlaki pita plate. This was our first time getting food from them, everything was excellent. I will definitely go back & highly recommend it!
