Nous avons découvert pour la première fois Souvlaki Bar. Dan a été notre serveur & il était super dans son accueil, son service & son attitude jovial & serviable. Très belle expérience.
Nous avons pris à deux « La pelleté de viande » un vrai régal. J'en reviens toujours pas à l'écriture de ce commentaire. On reviendra pour sûr l'année prochaine lorsque nous reviendrons dans le secteur.
You'd think a restaurant with'Souvlaki' in its name would serve something more memorable than average souvlaki.
We visited on a beautiful day & wanted to sit on the terrace. We were initially told they were short-staffed & could only seat us outside if we could finish within 40 minutes. Ironically, once seated, service was quite slow. It took a while to place our order, the food took a long time to arrive, & one person in our group received their meal about 10 minutes after everyone else with little acknowledgment of the delay.
My first choice wasn't available because they had no calamari, I always hate when restaurants have items they just don't have. It's ok if it's a one off, but if it's a regular occurrence, just take it off to reduce the chance of disappointment, which can set a tone, for the meal.
I ended up ordering a pork pita. The pork had very little char & lacked flavour, & the tzatziki was very underwhelming. I've honestly had better tzatziki from the supermarket. I was also surprised that extra tzatziki came with an additional charge, this is not typical in other souvlaki restaurants. I guess some care more about providing a good customer experience than others.
The Santorini salad was disappointing as well. The lettuce & tomatoes were diced so finely that it was awkward to eat, & overall it felt like a less satisfying version of the regular Greek salad already on the menu.
To be fair, the restaurant itself is clean, modern, & has plenty of parking. The staff were polite, but the service experience felt disorganized.
Overall, the food wasn't bad, but it didn't justify the price. I've had better souvlaki elsewhere for similar money. If you're looking for an exceptional Greek meal, this probably isn't it.

J'ai toujours apprécié ce type de cuisine : des portions généreuses (même énorme !) & un goût qui ne déçoit pas. Le bémol reste le service, souvent plus lent & on sent que l'équipe est constamment sous pression. Il serait intéressant d'explorer des solutions technologiques, comme une application de commande en ligne ou d'autres outils numériques, pour fluidifier les opérations & alléger la charge du personnel. Un bel endroit malgré tout, que je recommande sans hésiter !
Nous avions réservé pour 17hrs. La serveuse est arrivée en retard. Nous avons été servi à 18hrs, malgré qu'il y avait d'autres serveurs sur place. Manque de volonté. Aucun dédommagement. Le reste, sans plus.
Tout d'abord l'accueil est irréprochable le serveur galant polie courtois & a lecoute juste ca ca fesait déjà du bien, le menu est accessible pas trop chère je ne sais pas a quoi m'attendre cetait parfait & maintenant la nouriture ......dite vous que tout est fait maison sauce frite gyro tout est maison jai pris 1 gyro porc & 1 poulet avfc une frite & des patate grecque omg ... meilleur frite que jai jamais manger je sait pss comment elle sont préparer mais elle sont tellement bonne,les gyro etait parfait la sauce tzatziki (maison) est debilement bonne la viande est délicieuse & pour finir les patates greque ... des vrais patate greque cuit dans un bouillon de cuisson maison ouff je vous recommande fortement le restaurant pour le prix la on est une coche au dessu des autre
Incroyable restaurant. Si je pouvais mettre 52 000 000 d'étoiles je le ferais. Nourriture & menu complètement alléchant en plus d'être délicieux. Serveuse très bonne & agréable. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Nous passions sur la route, cest loin de chez nous mais nous reviendrons c'est sûr à 100%. God Bless
