Au cours de sa tournée nord-américaine, la Superstar grecque Mihalis Hatzigiannis a découvert Melina Mammas, une jeune chanteuse grecque canadienne, fille de Lawrence Mammas, et a été invitée à dîner à La Belle & La Boeuf où il a été tellement impressionné par le groupe qu’il a proposé un partenariat pour apporter une cuisine authentique grecque Souvlaki, avec un concept Foodtastic à Montréal. Voilà que Souvlaki Bar est né, ouvrant notre premier magasin le 12 septembre 2014. Plus de 5000 personnes ont assisté à la grande fête d’ouverture où Mihalis et Melina ont joué à l’extérieur devant plusieurs fans heureux. Ordered in from here-I've been to the souvlaki bar in Alexis-Nihon which is great, so I was expecting the same portions & quality, but we were very disappointed. For the price, this was terrible value. My partner ordered a lentil soup for $8, & we got this tiny little container with maybe only 3/4 cup of actual soup. That is a terrible deal!! Our souvlaki was dry, & barely seasoned, the portions were small, & they did not come with tzatziki, which they do when I've ordered at the Alexis-Nihon location. With these prices, you have to be offering both good portions & high quality, & unfortunately neither of those were to be found.
Wowww On a essayer la pelle pour deux !!! Incroyablement généreux. L'ambiance, la musique, le décors, tout y est pour se croire en Grèce le temps d'un repas.

A chaque fois que j'y retourne je me dit que sa vas etre meilleure que ce n'étais qu'une mauvaise journée pour le cuisinier...& a chaque fois je regrette ...Mon plat etait tiède, les frites semblait pas récemment faites, le riz etait moyen & dommage qu'il n'est pas une deuxième option de vinaigrette pour la salade. Personnellement j'aime manger très chaud.
Dommage pour ce restaurant, mais le service du mercredi matin est catastrophique. La serveuse présente ce jour-là est très désagréable & manque totalement de respect envers les clients. À revoir d'urgence

Service déplorable ce mercredi matin. La serveuse est agressive & n'a aucun sens de l'accueil. C'est la dernière fois que je mets les pieds ici à cause de son comportement
My wife's Gyro was dripping with Grease. The waiter spoke to the cook, No I'm sorry from the cook, No discount, no nothing. We've been their many times, never a problem. The waiter did offer us another Gyro, however with the grease that dripped on my wife's Top, Pants & the front of he chair. She definitely lost her appetite.
Won't be returning anytime soon.
I like the food, it was great, the service on the other side not so much, they only have 1 girl serving the whole restaurant you can imagine everything was taking forever, including getting the bill😅 they need to hire more people.
