I'm honestly really upset about the service I received. I came in today at 5pm, was about to be seated, but chose to order one of their chicken plates for takeout instead from the exact same menu for dine in clients.
I paid, left a 15% tip, & waited. A few minutes later, I realized there was traffic on my way home & the food would get cold, so I politely asked if I could just eat there instead. There were clearly empty tables, but the staff made it unnecessarily difficult. The girl who took my order told me I could only sit at the empty bar, then after talking to another employee, that second girl came to me with a cold attitude, no smile, & told me I'm not allowed to eat in because I ordered takeout even though I paid same price as everyone else sitting & tipped.
They said the restaurant was full & the empty tables were'reserved,' yet two girls walked in after me. They had no reservation & got seated right away.
The way I was treated was rude & unwelcoming. Really disappointing experience.
Je tiens à partager mon excellente expérience chez Souvlaki Bar. La nourriture est d'une très bonne qualité, fraîche & délicieuse. L'endroit est également très propre, ce qui rend l'ambiance encore plus agréable. Le service est vraiment de haute qualité. Un grand merci à Mr Ross pour son accueil & son professionnalisme, il nous a très bien servis. Je recommande vivement !

I am extremely disappointed with the service my 14-year-old son received at the Montmorency location today (March 29, around 5:00 PM). He was there with his hockey team &, being a young teenager who isn't used to handling bills without his parents, he unintentionally forgot to add a tip.
Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or discretion, the waitress chose to loudly call him out & embarrass him in front of the entire group. This behavior was confirmed by other parents who were present. Whether it was a quiet reminder or a loud outburst, he would have left the same tip-but choosing to publicly humiliate a child is completely unacceptable. We expected much better service from Souvlaki Bar & are very frustrated by this lack of common courtesy

Great place to eat before a Victoire game (A+ for location)! The food is OK, the fries are delicious, but the service is what really impressed me. Our waitress Megan was so helpful, sweet, kind & on top of it! Kudos to her & her team
Super ce restaurant près de la place Bell à Laval, Malik notre serveur était sympathique & attentionné. Repas très bon, assiette bien garnie. Une autre visite & Mégane notre serveuse était souriante & sympathique également.
If you travel to Laval or even live here, you must do yourself a favor & visit Souvlaki Bar. On top of having the best greek food Ive had in a long time, the service is really good! Big shout out to Rudy, he was super friendly & lightning fast!!
Nous avons eu du très mauvais service, la serveuse a fait une erreur & nous avons payé un surplus parce qu'elle n'arrivait pas à refaire une facture avec le bon montant.
Worst experience ever.
I ordered a full box of calamari via Uber, which cost me $28, & I didn't even receive half a box. I totally regret ordering. I had a headache, couldn't cook, & hadn't eaten lunch, so I ordered food instead. Honestly, if you take advantage of people ordering through Uber like this, you don't deserve to run a restaurant.
