Review Summary

Reviews describe Soufflé as a place with airy, light Japanese cheesecake that is delicately aromatic and not overly sweet, set in a quiet, cozy space that suits a cold day with hot coffee and dessert while watching the snow. The overall experience features friendly, efficient service, generous portions, and careful garnishing and packaging. A half-and-half mix flavor is a common recommendation, and the pistachio caramel soufflé is described as divine with toppings like berry, caramel, and pistachios offering a lighter sweetness. The venue is considered one of the better spots for a sweet treat in Montreal, with plans to return; note that posted hours around weekends were mentioned due to a doorway confusion, so checking the hours is advised.

One of the best Japanese cheesecake I've ever had. The gentleman gave a recommendation of the mix flavor (half n half) which did not disappoint me. Loved how he carefully garnished the cheesecake & packed it. Will be back next time when I go to Montreal

The cake is one of my favorites, & the service is amazing. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves Japanese cheesecake-you won't find anything better in the city!

Wow. I'm not a big fan of cheesecakes in general but on a whim decided to try this place. I'm a total convert. It's a lighter style cheesecake (thank god as I find most so heavy) & with the three toppings I chose: berry fruit (a must), caramel (delicious & not overly sweet) & pistachios. Definitely coming back but this time will take double fruit & caramel. Can't wait!
