My first time at a Turkish restaurant & I was completely blown away! 😍 The food was insanely delicious & full of flavor, & the döner 🌯 was hands down the best I've had in Canada. Une expérience exceptionnelle dès la première visite ! Les plats étaient incroyablement savoureux & parfaitement authentiques, on ressent toute la richesse de la cuisine turque. L'accueil était chaleureux & le service irréprochable. Une adresse incontournable !

Les plats sont incroyablement savoureux, préparés avec soin & pleins de goût. Chaque bouchée était un plaisir ! En plus, les prix sont vraiment abordables par rapport à d'autres restaurants, ce qui rend l'expérience encore meilleure.

Le prix affiché sur le menu & celui à la caisse étaient très différents. On a commandé un kebab mixte pour quatre & on a payé 180 $. L'employeur semble n'avoir qu'une idée en tête : arnaquer les clients. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Les ailes de poulet étaient brûlées & le kebab mixte était vraiment mauvais. Une déception pour Laval.
I will begin by mentioning that the service at Sofra kebab was very hospitable. My friend & I were craving a good Turkish restaurant & this satisfied us excellently.
The restaurant has a more casual, grab & go vibe but nevertheless there are still tables you can sit at.
We ordered a beef doner sandwich as well as the lahmajoune. We both found that the lahmajoune had a noticeable lamb flavor, so it wasn't something I'd order again, but the doner was to die for!
The restaurant also brought out complimentary Turkish bread with 2 dipping sauces on the house, which was a nice touch.
I will definitely be returning as the experience & the quality of food was highly enjoyable.

Tout le quartier autour de ce resto sent le charbon. Je pense que tu devrais changer ton système de ventilation. L'odeur du charbon est partout : dans le quartier, dans les rues, partout. Vous polluez l'air, vous n'avez pas le droit de faire ça.
Ne prenez pas les gens pour des imbéciles, vous êtes vraiment impoli. Je le regrette sincèrement & je ne reviendrai jamais. Le riz était glacé, la viande était très dure & brûlée, & n'avait absolument aucun goût. Quand j'ai appelé, vous m'avez parlé avec arrogance, comme si c'était de ma faute.
Insatisfaite du service, on a commandé Adana poulet & en arrivant à la maison on réalise que c'est du boeuf, on a appelé & ils ont dit que c'est leur faute & ils vont livrer à domicile. Après on a attendu presque 30 min. Ils nous ont appelé pour dire désolé notre uber n'est pas arrivé & qu'on peut passer prendre à n'importe quel moment. J'ai pas mangé toute la journée en plus j'ai payé ma commande pas gratuit pour être insatisfaite & traité ainsi. Fallait être claire & honnête dès le début. Je préfère aller chez mc do qu'aller dans un restaurant non organisé & qui ne respecte pas ces clients. Je vous dit qu'il faut toujours mettre dans la tête que le client est roi & quand vous faites des erreur essayez d'être honnête avec lui car c'est difficile de le récupérer une fois il est insatisfait. Je conseille personne d'aller là car vous allez regretter. .
The quality has gone down a lot & the quantities also have gone way less than before. I had called ahead of time to place an order for pick up for 6:45pm for a mix grilled plate for 2. I arrived at 6:45 & the order was not ready yet. The girl at the cash kept making annoyed faces & huffing. She was clearly annoyed by the amount of customers & she did not hide it. This made me feel even more annoyed. My order only got ready at 7:10pm which is 25 minutes later than what I asked for. It's sad because this restaurant started good but the last couple of times its been very bad. Even the taste of the food has gone down.
