Located on Ontario Street, Simplement Fée celebrates artisanal cuisine where every dish is designed as a meeting point between tradition, local terroir, and creativity. Our specialty: buckwheat crêpes, prepared using authentic know-how — light, delicate, and filled with carefully selected ingredients sourced from local producers. Freshly roasted coffee from La Brûlerie Les 4 Vents Atwater, meats from Claude et Henri butcher shop, cheeses from Fromagerie Atwater, organic maple syrup from MG Délices, and seafood from Atwater Fish Market — each partner contributes to the richness of our flavours.

Our cuisine is entirely homemade, with special attention given to textures, aromas, and the raw quality of every ingredient. Here, we cook with respect, simplicity, and generosity to create dishes that are both comforting and surprising.

The décor, made up of thoughtfully selected second-hand objects, creates a warm and lively atmosphere where guests feel right at home. Families naturally find their place here thanks to a dedicated children’s area, designed to let kids enjoy themselves while adults fully savour their meal.

During the warmer months, our covered terrace becomes the perfect spot to enjoy the neighbourhood and discover our creations in a relaxed and bright setting.

I went here with my boyfriend. The coffee was great, & the pancake sandwich was really good too. I wasn't expecting much, but I'd definitely try more from the menu. Perfect spot for a light brunch or lunch with coffee ☕?

On se promenait sur la rue Ontario dans le quartier Hochelaga. On a trouvé ce bar à crêpes par hasard & franchement c'était génial. Les pancakes étaient délicieux... Très loin des pancakes à base de poudre qu'on trouve ailleurs. Ici on a trouvé des gens passionnés par ce qu'ils font, & soucieux des aliments qu'ils mettent dans nos assiettes. Merci pour ce délicieux déjeuner !

De passage à plusieurs reprises, c'est très bon. On se régale avec des pancakes & crêpes maison, des produits de qualité, & tout cela avec le sourire, à un prix plus que raisonnable quand on voit les prix pratiqués à Montréal (surtout comparé aux petits restos/tacos/fast-food adeptes du surgelé industriel dégueulasse) ! Je recommande vivement, à toute heure de la journée.

Pas très satisfaite, j'ai pris un sandwich déjeuner aux oeufs, je cherche les oeufs... à la place il y a un bout de pain de mie à l'intérieur de 2 pancakes. J'imagine que les crêpes sont meilleures ou bien qu'ils n'avaient plus d'oeufs ? Mais bon il aurait mieux fallu me le dire... Réponse : merci pour votre réponse ! Je vais changer ma note car alors le sandwich n'était simplement pas à mon goût !
