Located on Ontario Street, Simplement Fée celebrates artisanal cuisine where every dish is designed as a meeting point between tradition, local terroir, and creativity. Our specialty: buckwheat crêpes, prepared using authentic know-how — light, delicate, and filled with carefully selected ingredients sourced from local producers. Freshly roasted coffee from La Brûlerie Les 4 Vents Atwater, meats from Claude et Henri butcher shop, cheeses from Fromagerie Atwater, organic maple syrup from MG Délices, and seafood from Atwater Fish Market — each partner contributes to the richness of our flavours.

Our cuisine is entirely homemade, with special attention given to textures, aromas, and the raw quality of every ingredient. Here, we cook with respect, simplicity, and generosity to create dishes that are both comforting and surprising.

The décor, made up of thoughtfully selected second-hand objects, creates a warm and lively atmosphere where guests feel right at home. Families naturally find their place here thanks to a dedicated children’s area, designed to let kids enjoy themselves while adults fully savour their meal.

During the warmer months, our covered terrace becomes the perfect spot to enjoy the neighbourhood and discover our creations in a relaxed and bright setting.

Sincèrement les meilleurs galettes & crêpes de Montréal, c'est délicieux, les quantités généreuses, le service très agréable & les prix sont très correct.
Je recommande sans hésitation.

Enfin une crêperie digne de ce nom
Un choix de galettes & de crêpes excellentes .
Des garnitures qui encouragent nos producteurs locaux
Une propriétaire ayant une longue expérience de la crêperie.
Elle fait honneur à sa spécialité
Montre beaucoup de gentillesse & d'écoute envers ses clients
Les prix à la carte sont taxes incluses & c'est une bonne chose, pas de saut en recevant la facture 😄

J'en ai fait des crêperies a Montréal de loin la meilleure. 🤠

Je suis vraiment content d'avoir fait la découverte de cette petite place dans le quartier il y a quelques semaines.
Cela faisait un bout de temps que nous cherchions, un peu dépités, un restaurant offrant des crêpes & surtout des galettes au sarrasin qui aient de l'allure à Montréal. Nous avons donc trouvé un endroit qui comble nos appétits'bretons' tout en s'appuyant sur des ingrédients & produits locaux, le tout à même pas 10 minutes de chez nous!

Nous y retournons depuis régulièrement, c'est dire le'manque' que nous vivions, que ce soit pour tester les crêpes & galettes du moment, ou reprendre nos favorites.

En bref, une petite pépite qui augmente la diversité culinaire du quartier.
