It's certainly not the worst. But you can find better places elsewhere. We tried it once, & we won't be going back. Plus, we asked for utensils, but they didn't provide any. What sushi bar doesn't offer chopsticks?
I ordered a $210 dinner for 10 people. I ordered it 1.5 hours (6:30om) before the dinner time to ensure little delay. After THREE hours (9Pm) the food was not yet ready. I called THE RESTAURANT & they not even cared or tried to minimize the issue. It took me another 45 mins to be able to cancel the order on UBER.

Plus de 1h30 de retard. Ça arrive. J'ai proposé d'annuler pour leur simplifier le rush, les sushis auraient pu être servis en salle & tout le monde y gagnait. Refus du restaurant. Le livreur ne pouvait pas annuler non plus. Je me suis retrouvé coincé entre les deux, avec pour seule réponse une promesse de crédit demain.. Je ne vais pas avancer 70 $ dans ces conditions.
J'ai toujours eu de très bonnes expériences chez Shushu jusqu'à maintenant! La seule chose que j'aimerais voir s'améliorer est le service aux tables. À chaque fois que j'y suis allé, seul ou avec des amis, j'ai toujours eu de la difficulté à avoir un serveur qui m'amène de l'eau sans qu'e j'aille à le demander, qui prenne ma commande sans trop prendre de temps, etc. Sinon, toujours du plaisir!

The XL pho is the highlight. The broth is aromatic with a warm touch of cinnamon, the portion is generous, the meat plentiful & tender, & the noodles hold up well. Everything is served in proper glass & ceramic, which adds to the overall quality. Service is friendly & attentive.

We have been going to Shushu Queen Mary for the past three years, & I must say the food is always fresh & tasty.
Today we ordered takeout : Sushi Combo 2 (20 Pcs) & Sashimi Plate (18 Pcs). It was the usual delicious olfactory orgasm & it was perfectly sized for two.
best sushi i've ever had in my life. literally no exaggeration. usually do take out, have had a couple issues in the past with missing items, but they've always made up for it. dined in once & it was a great experience also!
I have been frequently going to Shushu Queen Mary for the past few years, & I must say the food is out of this world. They recently add pho into their menu, & the broth tastes like a warm hug on a cold day. Their sushi is the star of show with beautiful decoration. 💗 A must visit
Delicious food, great atmosphere & beautiful interior design! We were a party of 6 & everyone was delighted. Our server was attentive & so friendly, food came out fast with big portions as well! My favourites were the grilled beef vermicelli & the scallop sushi😍😍
Had a great dining experience at this place. Ordered 2 poke: 1 with chicken & 1 with salmon. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, delicious poke. Staff was very welcoming & friendly. Not sure why people write negative reviews. Well deserved 5 star.
