I also appreciate that I receive a 10% discount whenever I order online through the restaurant, which is a nice bonus. Super rude staff that is all i can say, they accepted to give one order meanwhile they refused to give me the second order because they are not paid under the same restaurant name that means the more you pay the better quality you will get… such greedy act you should make it the same for all your clients & my thermal bag was in my car i had already 2 previous orders inside it & on purpose they wasted my time… your insecurity towards the delivery drivers & the profiling people under the pretext of where is your bag i didn't had the time to contact Uber support but i will & i will do my best to seek justice & thing won't happen like you wanted, i am new at uber eats i had 9 positive rating you are the only persons who knocked 10% of my rating & believe it won't go like that.
