Extrêmement satisfait de ce restaurant. Le service courtois & efficace. La cuisine nouvelle est inventive, bien équilibrée & aux saveurs insoupçonnées. Tout, absolument tout est bon & procure un bonheur qui nous mène à un nirvana peuplé d'orgasmes culinaires. Il n'y a pas assez d'étoiles pour couronner les chefs qui nous gâtent de cette façon. Vivement recommandé par toute notre tablée.

Définitivement le meilleur sushi, grâce à la créativité du chef à toujours nous surprendre avec son menu aussi bon que beau. Le service est des plus courtois.

Je vais au Shoji depuis longtemps & ils m'ont toujours offert un service impeccable! Le menu est exceptionnel, & les sushis sont tout simplement imbattables! Hier soir, j'ai été renversé par le nouveau sashimi de truite de mer. Excellent! Le chef ne cesse d'innover avec des plats très bien travaillés! Longue vie à ce fantastique restaurant!
