Our server Isaac was phenomenal. The food was exquisite & creative. Strong recommendation.
The food was immaculate & the service was amazing, our server Alexis was outstanding!
Amazing service. Contributed to an incredible experience.
Anna was an incredible bartender! She was so personable & sweet, & her great service really stood out. She made everyone feel welcome, took the time to connect with us, & had a positive energy that made the whole experience even better. On top of that, she was quick, attentive, & made fantastic drinks. Truly amazing all around-I would absolutely come back just for her!
Anne was an amazing waitress. She suggested some of the best food to us & was super kind. I highly recommend their lamb kebab & their roasted red pepper dip. Also, try their baklava tiramisu.
We were visiting in Montreal, & tried this restaurant. I would say it doesn't meet the expectations.
There were three of us, & we tried the tasting menu. I would say the food tastes good. We couldn't finish it, so we took out the leftover, & I found some paper in the take out ground beef the other day, which is disappointing.
The service was great.
The worst thing to me is that, the restaurant was not clean. When we were having dinner, we had to keep waving our hands to get rid of the small flies around the table & the food. There were 3-4 of them. & it's so annoying. We ended up spent $350 for that dinner, & those flies are not quite often to see in a restaurant like this. We are not eating hot dogs by a dirty street right.
Ambiance très sympathique, cuisine moderne d'inspiration libanaise. Belle créativité en cuisine & syr la carte des cocktails.
I've been to this restaurant many times now & today I got served by Sabrina & the quality of her service is what prompted me to write this google review: she was very attentive to our table, always making sure we're not missing anything & even managed to get us places on the terrace even though it was pretty full. I wish every restaurants had service like that. Highly recommended if you like trying different cuisine whilst having a good experience.
Food was awesome & our server Shawn was a nice & funny guy. 10/10
Shoutout to Shawn! Great service & food, especially for my first time in Montreal:)
Great Mediterranean restaurant in Griffintown. I've tried both brunch & supper & the food is simply amazing! Host even accommodated us even though I had reserved the wrong Friday night for party of 5 at peak hours.
Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Middle Eastern cuisine!
🔥 Shay - Brunch goals, achieved.
Shay knows how to deliver a proper brunch.
We started with the ricotta pancakes-fluffy, rich, & stacked high with whipped cream, nuts, & a touch of magic. Easily some of the best I've had.
But the surprise standout? The lamb eggs Benedict. Perfectly poached eggs over tender lamb with a hollandaise that hit just right. Bold, rich, & totally addictive.
Everything else-from the pillowy pita & labneh to the spiced sausage & iced coffee-just tied it all together.
The vibe was dialed-in too: modern, lively, but still chill enough to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.
10/10 brunch spot. Will definitely be back.
good food- rather great food ! but we were made to wait so long to pay after being handed the bill, also had to wait super long to even get the bill since the server was busy with other tables. other than that our server was great & food was brought on time. would definitely come back again
Everything at SHAY was amazing! The food, the atmosphere & the service were all great. Gaby was amazing & so friendly & accommodating! Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!
the staff at shay has been so accommodating, we stopped in on the way to the airport with 7 pieces of luggage & they stored & brought out our suitcases with no complains. we are so grateful for their hospitality. the food & atmosphere of the restaurant are truly unbeatable
Been in love with this place for the last 4 years. Their brunch is amazing & their dinner is even better. They changed the brunch card over the years & made desserts smaller. Since no one was ever able to finish them. But the quality is still there & that's all that matters.
