Shay offre une ambiance chaleureuse et moderne avec une décoration soignée, une terrasse agréable et un service attentif et efficace. La cuisine libanaise contemporaine est savoureuse et bien présentée, avec une belle variété de mezze, de dips et de plats de viande qui séduisent aussi bien en brunch qu'au dîner. Le brunch est particulièrement apprécié pour ses plats signatures comme le shawarma eggs Benedict et les baklava pancakes, ainsi que pour les options végétariennes généreuses; le tout est accompagné d’un cadre dynamique et convivial qui donne l’impression d’une expérience soignée dès la première visite. We were in Montreal for a weekend getaway & it was one of the best shakshuka restaurants we've tried in Montreal! Pamela, our waitress, was very welcoming, engaging in offering suggestions & recommendations & very diligent throughout our time there. To be fair, everything we ordered was beautifully presented & tasted just as good. Thank you for a great experience!!
GREAT FOOD, FRIENDLY STAFF 😋😊 First experience for me in Shay, though I live 2 min. walking distance away!! Did I miss a lot or what?! With no reservation had to wait 1 hour, but all worthwhile 👍 food is great, service is friendly & accommodating, the manager Damien & waitress Emma were super friendly & helpful... would definitely come back, at least to make up for my lost time 😉

Excellent choix pour aller bruncher, la nourriture est juste incroyable & le service excellent! Notre serveur, Nizar, était vraiment à l'affût, rapide, efficace & très gentil! Ce fût ma première visite aujourd'hui & définitivement pas ma dernière!!!
Loved this new place. Not only they have good Taouk Sandwiches with sumak Fries but also great desserts in the donut & Pistachio Canoli. Will definitely come try it again when restaurants open, the decor looked awesome Since went twice for brunch & dinner. Brunch is nice with some good stuffs to try a mix of Mediterranean touch with local food. Tried the shakshooka & pancake baklava. Went for dinner lately & tried a mix of appetizers: The coliflower zaatar is the best Tuna tartare is great with fattoush style bread crumbles gives is a nice touch The basturma with Melon & labneh has a nice touch. Shish barak with a nice yogurt sauce is a must The batata harra & grilled asparagus are a nice addition to the main meals of Lamb, shish taouk & Fish we tried.

I had an amazing experience at Shay. The vibe was perfect-warm & inviting with just the right energy. Katrina, our server, was fabulous, offering great recommendations & attentive service. Every dish we tried was delicious & beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

I've been going for a while now & the dinner menu & staff is absolutely fantastic, I went to the brunch recently & if you don't mind a little noise it's the same experience with a different & interesting menu!
What a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lamb kebab & lamb chops. The hummus, eggplant dish, & falafel were also great. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. We are on vacation coming from the US & had a great time!
The food was delicious, the atmosphere beautiful & the service was excellent. We had the pleasure of being severed by Damien who was super nice & extremely helpful. We had a few special requests such as a nut allergy & Damien went above & beyond to accommodate us & make us feel comfortable. I had the filet mignon which was some of the most tender I've ever had & the baklava cheesecake is a must! Will definitely be coming again & bringing more friends along. The only downside is if you are coming by car, it may be a little tricky to find parking. The restaurant has a few reserved spots but they are tight & very limited. Street parking is available but also limited.
We had dinner - Ordered few appetizers & grilled chicken - Moutabl was full of tomatoes & I think was not done by fresh eggplant. But overall was great

I had the most amazing time & Pam was our host ! She made it all amazing ! It was because of her that we had such an amazing experience. She was professional , fun , kind & very knowledgeable. I would definitely come back & want her to serve us !!!
