Shay offre une ambiance chaleureuse et moderne avec une décoration soignée, une terrasse agréable et un service attentif et efficace. La cuisine libanaise contemporaine est savoureuse et bien présentée, avec une belle variété de mezze, de dips et de plats de viande qui séduisent aussi bien en brunch qu'au dîner. Le brunch est particulièrement apprécié pour ses plats signatures comme le shawarma eggs Benedict et les baklava pancakes, ainsi que pour les options végétariennes généreuses; le tout est accompagné d’un cadre dynamique et convivial qui donne l’impression d’une expérience soignée dès la première visite. Service impeccable ! Nous avons réservé pour 30 personnes pour l'anniversaire d'une amie! J'ai été vraiment impressionné par le service de notre serveur Steph . Il était non seulement rapide & efficace, mais aussi très sympathique & attentionné. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été agréable & mémorable. I heard so many good things about Shay & it really lived up to the hype. Our serve Dom was great - super super friendly & helpful when we couldn't decide what to eat because everything sounded amazing. We popped in on a Saturday for a much needed hangover brunch & we lucky enough to be sat immediately without a reservation. It was pretty busy though. This was the perfect mix of savory carbs & sweet treats. We had the sausage hash & lamb eggs Benedict first & then moved to the baklava pancakes to finish. Definitely recommend sharing these because they are super decadent.

Had my surprise bridal party at Shay for brunch this morning, what a wonderful afternoon. I have celiac disease & the manager Damien made sure I had special catered dishes that were safe & delicious! All my guests were astonished by the food, service & ambiance. Would 100% recommend & will definitely be going again!
Great ambiance. Outstanding service from the whole team. Special mention to our waitress Dominique who took great care of us. Fair prices. I recommend.
I was visiting from out of town on Saturday & I stumbled upon this restaurant & boy am I glad that I did. Dom truly was one of the best servers we've ever had. Everything she recommended was delicious (lamb chops, tuna crudo , & drinks). The service was amazing. Food & drinks came out fast. Dom made some light hearted conversation every time she came to check on us. I'll make sure to come back when I visit Montreal again!
We had a great experience, food was amazing, filling, great taste. DOM's service was exceptional, didn't just served us happily but had recommended the places to visit & guided us for the day. Will definitely be back on next visit.
I went for brunch on a Sunday with my two step-daugthers. We had a reservation on the terrace. Our table was not ready yet. After 2 min of waiting the manager (I suppose) saw us waiting & immediately offered us free mimosas. When we got to our table, the waitress advised us right away that we might have to wait a little but always came to check on us. One of my step-daughter's unfortunately found a hair in her meal (which is something that could happen at anytime) we didn't make a big deal out if it. The manager offered to bring us a new plate & not be charged for the new plate. We didn't want one, but we asked if we could change it for a dessert & we didn't mind paying for it. He said yes & did not charged us for it, which was really appreciated. It was my 3rd time at Shay's for brunch & the first time for my step-daughters. Although we had those little misapps, best customer service ever, every exchange we had with the waitress & the manager were done with grace & with a huge smile. We felt really appreciated. Excellent exemple of amazing customer service. I would recommend anytime. Can't wait to go back for brunch & try a dinner service. 🙂
Superb place, decent prices, plates are well presented colourful & tasty, servers know the menu well. Place was packed & i truly understand why but still the service wasn't affected. Rachel our waitress was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommended had no real expectations but i came out the place speechless. 10 outta 10. SHAY standin' on bidness!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was exceptional, with top-notch quality that truly impressed me. I also want to give a special shoutout to our server, Dom, who provided outstanding service throughout our meal. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food & excellent service!

We had the best brunch at Shay with a large group for a Bachelorette! Top brunch spot in the city, It's such a hidden gem. The service was 10/10. Kat was the best, everything was perfect. The food was so so good, & the coffees were also delicious. Vibes are wonderful, great pictures. Highly recommend for a group or Bachelorette outing! Chicken & waffles were a favourite in our group, so was the falafel latke. Must have brunch in Montreal!

Si je pouvais donner plus qu'un 5 étoiles je le ferai pour ce restaurant ! La nourriture est exquise , les mocktails sont unique & la cerise sur le gâteau : le SERVICE !!! Impeccable, les serveurs (ses) étaient d'une finesse inégalée ; Rachel ,une vraie perle cette jeune femme ! Je recommande vivement !
Great service, nice staff, the presentation was on point. We went there for supper. What we had & we absolutely loved were Fried Brussel sprouts, Hummus & mushrooms & Sumec fries. The best cocktail was the Habibi. The valet parking was very convenient. For vegetarians, the Fattet Batinjein (eggplant, impossible kafta) is a must try. It was sooooo good! I'm still dreaming about it. Highly recommend!
